Hi, tanong ko lng po meron po ba gym sa bandang shaw or mandaluyong or ortigas yun mga 50 pesos per session lng or less? Dati kasi ko taga manila near ust naggym ko sa curves gym yun. Bf ni maureen larazabal may ari tpos 50 pesos din pero decent naman at completo narin. Sana may gnun din near shaw, ortigas or mandaluyong
Con's:
small free space for DL or Oly lifts, can do during non-peak hours
not enough ventilation, sobrang init, needed 2-3 hand towel changes
its always traffic along ortigas extension, patience is virtue
if you are not into current music i.e. lady gaga, katy perry.. i suggest you use your mp3 players

^ lol! expected siguro nung bantay na alam mo na ang mga rates ng gyms dito koya braso kaya di na nya pinaliwanag pa sayo. pero sa mga kanto gyms hindi na uso ang annual fee unless state of the art ang equips nila.

Kasi sino talaga po maiinis din po doon. Kaso gaya ng sabi niyo, bago palang po yung gym. Not an excuse though, dapat man lang po sana may background/experience na yung owner sa business.
