    ilang servings po vanilla nila sir leucine? nag susurvey pa ako sa flavors at servings haha mahirap na magkamali sa flavor at magtiis :arghh:Napa cheat day ngayong araw dahil sa class ko kanina, ask ko lang po mga opinion ninyo mga master d na kasi ako nakapag early dinner dahil sa sobrang bigat. Puro shakes kasi hinanda sa class namin kanina pinainom sakin nung professor ay 2glasses of oreo smoothie, 2 glasses of mango smoothie tska 3glasses of banana w/ milk smoothie. Sobrang bigat nya at hindi na ako naka kain, tingin ko pa mapapasama yung macro intake ko today. =(

    Gaya ng sabi ko dun sa isang thread, minimal lang naman yan for real coffee taste lang yan. Kita mo naman nasa mid part na siya ng ingredient list meaning konti na lang yan.

    ^ depende sa tao yan sir actually..iba iba din..but if you dedicate yourself i think 3-6 months may obvious gains ka na dapat :^^
