    Tinetest ko lang kung kaya ko.. so far kinaya naman pero ang dami kong briskwalk over jog ( pahinga ) dahil pakiramdam ko kinakapos ako pero hindi ko na uulitin yun, feeling ko sisingilin ako ng katawan ko pag ginagawa ko lagi hehe.

    1 scoop Mutant Whey

    my last meal as of 8pm fat fawkin lunch meal for my rest day :

    8pm

    4 oz chicken tie part
    100g bopis
    5 whole eggs boiled large
    5 oz toge beans
    1 scoop casein protein
    1 scoop mutant whey
    4 caps fishoil
    3 caps calcium

    meron naman sya yatez, pero sa kaso ko I don;t count veggies na talaga.. since ang veggies eh low caloric content.. kahit damihan mo mababa pa rin ang bilang

    idagdag mo yung veggies sa meal mo , nakaka busog na talaga, kumbaga pang ending sya kung gusto mo na mabusog ehehe

    mura lang gumawa pang matagal pa,

    58php lang ung pita bread sa SM. tapos 240php 1kg lean beef. kamatis.puting sibuyas.chili.green bell pepper. tomato sauce pero ung maliit lang kse baka maging spaghetti lol. pakita ko sa inyo finish product hahaha!
