    'Am more into aesthetics its me, but as much as possible i want to lift heavier too kasi bigger mass comes from bigger lifts.... of course nutrition, pero gaya ng lagi nating sinasabi dito iba iba ang training program natin, powerbuilding, powerlifting, physique, strongman, bodybuilding....where do you consider yourself here? You guys are young, and will be doing this thing for a long time. The question is how long are you gonna last? Same here am old but as long as am fit to lift, I promise myself I will.

    nag weigh nga pala ako kaninang pag gising ko. Every week ang timbangan ko i found out na

    62 kg na lang ako due to thursday to sunday deficit meals. It was unintended due to some problems mentioned few days ago. Okay na rin yun hehehe then nag picture ako kanina sa bahay mukhang tuyo balat ko amps.

    Post ko later pag tapos ko mag Deadlift day!

    Siguro nga pero try ko muna for 2 months itong RPT tutal bago pa naman..

    Anyways, good workout day today! Able to pull some deadlifts using chalk! sarap! Kaso di pa ko sanay sa grip dahil nanibago ako medyo may mali pero overall na buhat ko pa rin..

    Eto yung ginawa ko sa chalk, grated chalk ang kalahati at bloke pa rin kalahati tapos nasa selecta ice cream :

    Workout today was good and awesome! 6:10 to 7:14pm

    Krock rows : 8 lang nagawa ko dahil nung pang 9 na dinadaya ko na using tuhod at naibabagsak ko na sa floor as per sir DS teaches me how to execute it na wag ibagsak.. so 8 muna then work my way up again next monday.. sana ma hit ko kahit 12 lang..

    And my update ulet sa pics hehehe pag kagising ko to
    April 29 , continue recomp? o ano next? Goal ko is to gain strength plus lighter for tricking.

    Eto nga pala yung nirecord kong video at little editing para di marinig yung chismisan sa gym hehe...

    Just being curious how do I look para malaman ko na rin kung may mali o tama tho better angle sana pero that's the best I can get.

    Hehehe sakin sir okay lang , punggok naman ako tingin ko maliit lang yung range sa pagitan ng nasa taas na bar to floor for me pero matangkad talaga compare sa masku.. Pero kung sa inyo dito siguro same sila sa maximus na sinasabi nyo, meaning kulang pa hahah..

    Mga tao dito kasi puro SLDL kaya di na napapansin.

    Toe yung banda, title ng music is Past and Languages. Idol ko yung japanese band na yan.. youtube mo sir , eargasm yan! Lahat ng album pinapakinggan ko at tapos buong shift ko na hindi ko namamalayan nauulit na lahat ng kanta :D

    Meron sir kaso de roskas kaya mahirap.. parang gusto ko nga bumili ng sarili eh para malock ng maayos, hirap na hirap ako minsan sa power clean pag galawan ng galawan

    Update.. One good day workout tho hindi ako nakasama sa GWO due to home issues. Anyways, here's my workout for today.. One good workout at magaling spotter ko na bouncer sa padis point..He racked/unracked never touch the bar unless i failed pero di naman..

    180 lbs x 6 PR ko ATM

    I have decided to reduced down my weight dahil mabigat ako nung nag cart wheel ako ( tho di pa sanay , pero mukhang i need to feel lighter habang nag babasics ako , then bulk after ko mamaster o natutunan ang basics ng tricking )

    Ok naman ang form wag lang masyadong slow motion on the ascent, be as explosive as possible kahit sa warm up pa lang and then start thrusting your hips once the bar gets past your knees.

    I see, paano sir kung kunwari may challenge na like mabigat? Yung papuntang knee level dapat mabilis sir even on heavy set? Hangga't maari piliting mabilis ?

    As explosive as you can on each rep be it your warm up or your top set. Panoorin mo sa you tube sila Bene Magnusson at Andy Bolton and you'll see what I mean. Sinasanay mo kasi yung muscles mo na kahit anong bigat you'll pull it with the same speed as much as possible. Kahit sa pressing ganun din.

    sige sir noted, next week DL vid ko ulet and try ko as much as possible yung explosiveness. Sana ma execute ko.

    About Bench press, di ako maka hanap ng magandang angle kahapon para mailagay yung cam ko to record my lift. Daming obstacles eh.

    Thanks sir, pero comparing sa mga mamaw dito nganga pa ko hehe.. I still need to practice more with the form like what sir mighty told me.

    Eventually sir tataas din lifts mo sir.. Slow progress is a progress, dati halos gusto ko mabigat agad pero nagtiis ako yun sulit na ( tho may katigasan ng ulo noon at maling diskarte ) siguro naging maganda naman feedback ng SL5x5 sakin for strength gains tho not perfectly following the program like nagiging 2 hrs ang training bad pala nangyari lol )

    Thanks sir, big words hehe kakataba ng puson! Sir wala naman sa age ang pagbuhat na tama kayo pero syempre it comes with cautious na rin. Yun nga eh, nabagsakan pa ko nung last ayun trauma na.

    Ang sakin lang sir habang hype na hype pa ko push ako ng push kumbaga mainit pa dugo ko dito..eventually bababa na yung urges ko tho parang kasama na talaga sa buhay ko yung buhat, parang kaya ko dedmahin yung mga lakad maka buhat lang.

    Heheh sa ngayon wala pa, puro kalandian lang hehe need ko muna abutin yung goal ko. Mahirap yung half hearted passion then leading to a half results lang din Mahirap sa ngayon para sakin mag dalawang bisyo :D Kaya sa ngayon, harot muna ako sa mga ka opis o kung sino man, sulitin habang pwede pa!

    And ka-break lang namin ng ex ko nung last nov 2012 then decide to lift haha sabi nga nila "Breakups makes body builder" .
