  • just saw your pics sir pacs and like ive said dun sa intro page. it's never too late to become fit. kudos sa perseverance mo sir in overcoming such adversary sa buhay, not all people get lucky after all to get another shot at life. :)haha teka eto pala yong intro page mo sir pacs LOL! :P

  • ayus lang yun sir pacs nasabi ko na din sa ibang posts ko ito "being fit doesn't exactly mean you'll have to look as jacked (muscularity-wise), or as strong as hell or have 6-8 pack abs, what will mainly matter is how well your body functions on a daily basis". kanya2x lang naman po kasi din tayo goals that vary from person to person, as i we always say "walang basagan ng trip" hehehe.

    Kamusta Bro!! Nag start ako weight lifting 58 years old. Kaya it's never too late kahit sa atin mga baby-boomers. Marami naman mga fitness trainer sa 24 hour fitness. Set a goal and have them work with you. I'm 60 now, a retired aerospace worker from So.Cal. I Love the bay area. Regards Bro!!

    Sir pacoy opo dito na ako sa Pinas. Maaga kasi ako nag retire, @ 55 para ma enjoy ko ang retirement habang malakas pa ako. Kalimitan kasi, mga Pinoy sa US nag full retirement age, tapos too old or too weak to enjoy pinaghirapan. Tapos sandal pa sila sa medic-care benefits. Ginagawang business ang mga matatanda sa US ng big pharma at medical industries. My opinion, pang laban sa sakit,,,,a decent exercise routine/program, low-fat diet, no processed foods, lots of veggies fruits, and CONTROL STRESS!!! ITS MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES!!!!!

    Tawa ako ng tawa dito sir pacoy at talagang pinicturan mo pa ito para sa paghahanda ko.
    Hahaha.

    Mukang dapat lumipat pala ako sa ganitong gym na maraming pang cardio at idagdag sa routine ko ang bola bola para lumabas na 8 packs ko tapos diet ko puro TOMATO para pag dating ng 2014 e tuyot na ako. Hahaha.

    Btw, hanep ang ganda ng gym! How I wish magka budget na ako para makapag buhat sa mga commercial gyms.
    Sa ngayon 500-600 / month pa lang ang kaya ko e hahaha.
    Kailangan pag igihin ang pa ang trabaho hehe
