    Weight update. 155 after waking up, 153 after poops and ihi.

    Imba doms pa din pwet ko from sundays BB lunges, my back also starting to show signs of doms na lol.

    Fuckin busy day at work. Pinakiramdaman ko if kaya ko bumuhat hanggang 7pm today. Pero decided not to and call it a rest day. Legs,cardio,abs,back and biceps for 2 consecutive days was too much for my calorie restricted body.

    Bawi na lang tomorrow am for chest, gonna sleep early for test level gainzzz.

    Thanks brah. Yes bumaba lifts ko, a bit saddening pero it's part of the process. I lose numbers, i gain naman sa aesthetics dept lol.

    Basta ngayon naglalakad ako ng walang tshirt pag galing gym pag umuuwi na dati nakakahiya hehehe
