Being new here.. I want to post my question in this thread instead of creating my own. My question is regarding NITRO TECH. I'm interested to try this product and I want more information kung talagang magiging effective sya sakin.. I saw a friend na nag increase ng lapad in 1 week but of course magkaiba kami ng body at bigat ng buhat..
Currently taking Ripped Fuel Extreme because I want to loose fat muna, after finishing 60 caps / 1 bottle, I want to try this Nitro Tech naman.. Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.
Are you in a calorie deficit? Taking "fate burners" alone without being in a deficit will not make you lose fat.
Yung gains ng friend mo is not because of Nitor tech alone, kahit wala yan lalapad ka pa din if you're in a calorie surplus and you're programming is good.
Calorie Deficit means bawas calorie Sir? Sorry, I'm not yet familiar with the terms being used here. I think I'm shaping up slowly but I'm not loosing weight.. I stay at 180. Ang nagawa ko pa lang is wag mag dinner during workout day. I workout atleast 3x a week, max is 4x.
^ u always take the right caloric intake for a day sir..depends on your workout intensity..d k dn lalapad if you dont take the right calories and intensity of exercise :^^

Tama sila, basically if you know your BMI and at the same time your TDEE , you have to subtract -30% or -40% or -20% ( it varies ) to attain your caloric deficit that means you're in a cut phase.
I think I need to study more on how to cut my calorie intake.. I searched the web earlier and the suggested calorie deficit is intake of less than what you can burn.. Tama ba pag kakaintindi ko? I'm happy to join this community.. I think I will learn a lot.

With regards sa rest between sets, that depends upon your goal when your training. Those after for strength, usually take a rest of 2-5min or even longer(longer, depends on how heavy the poundage is) on big lifts(deadlift and squats).

meron bang recommended figure of surplus for bulking? TIA
on the average i get to have somewhere from 500 - 1200 per day...
yung tulog lang problema ko...i only get to sleep 6 hours on the average...
