hindi ata advisable ang baby powder since madulas sya, if you can afford yung chalk, may nabasa ako somewhere na pede rin daw na alternative yung chalk na ginagamit sa school lol though havent tried bawal kasi sa pinagyman ko xD

TAMA SI SIR MILk ako from 120 to 177 lbs almost two years nako nagbubuhat kain lang tlaga marami . and dati malakas ako kumaen pero hnde ako nagbubuhat hnde ako nalaki . pero pag sinabayan mo ng buhat for sure magkakalaman ka. kain lang ng kain. and nag gagatas din ako . 1 time lang ako nag supplement 5lbs ng serious mass lumaki ako konti. and after 1 year ngayun nalang ulit ako bibili ng supps . whey naman mamaya sa cnc . kaya mo yan tyaga lang and patience

Instructions at the back states that I should take it 30-45 mins before work out, then 30 mins after work out. To gain more weight, I have to take it with my daily meals..
If my goal is to trim down my fats and increase muscle mass, will this product help? I'm already 180 lbs and planning to trim down at least 5-10 pounds. Baka pag ininum ko to eh lalo ako bumigat.. If bibigat ako pero lalapad ako na hindi taba, then I guess I will like this one..
^ in my opinion,when ur cutting just cut,when ur bulking just bulk..one goal at a time sir if u take that it will just suffice what u didnt eat,since its a mass gainer malaki ang calories nian..which u can mostly get in solid foods..
