Naku sobra ata yung unang ginawa ko, tinry ko una 50lbs dko kinaya binaba ko ng 40. Eto ginawa ko nuon,
Deadlift > Power clean > Front squat > Push press > Back squat >Push press > Front squat.
Dere deretso yan tapos limang ikot x 5 sets
Ngayon eto na ginagawa ko, 5 reps each muna bago lumipat sa isang exercise. 50lbs
Deadlift > Bent row > Upright row > Push press > Back squat
Yan lang tapos 5 sets after ng weight training ko yan tapos pag rest day na din.
Kung iisipin ang gaan lang ng weight pero patayan pala sa hingal haha.
Naku medjo matagal na yan buh naisip ko lang ishare dito hehe.
Pangarap ko mapuntahan yung bohol ngayon dahil naingit ako sa pics mo hehehe. Dapat pang artistahin din mga pose ko pag pumunta ako dun haha.

6 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of peanut butter (SM Bonus, lol)
Took half serving of shake pre-wo, other half pre-bed

16 oz of water with Ice cubes mied all in blender.

So parang halos di pala effective yung moist absorber na nasa loob.
Yung amoy nung sakin (blue raspberry ata) mabango naman, ewan ko lang baka kasi halos kakabukas pa lang kaya gnun
