I have been lifting for a while now, dumbell home workouts lang. Around December 2011 lang naging seryoso when I bought my own lifting equipments. So I rarely go to the gym now. Mas komportable kasi ako magwork out sa bahay. At mas sinisipag ako. Although siyempre kumpleto pa din ang workout kapag sa gym. I have a bench press that could do flat, incline and decline. May lat bar, at para sa legs na din built in pero hindi ko ginagamit kasi mukang hindi heavy duty. Meron din siya para sa preacher curls. So I changed my program into simpler workouts na magfifit sa equipments na meron ako. Bench press, barbell, and dumbells. Best that I could think of, 5x5 routine. Focusing more on compound exercises using less equipment.
Originally isa ako sa mga payatot.
Then, about 2 years ago tumaba ako, kakainom at unhealthy diet.
Lumaki na ng sobra yung tiyan ko at pakiramdam ko ang bigat na para sa katawan ko.

Hindi ko nagustuhan kasi parang anliit ko lalo tignan,
now my goal is to bulk up again but not through beers, but through lifting heavy ass weights!

i bet mas magiging malakas ka pa sakin pag pinag patuloy mo ang seryosong pag bubuhat. im the weakest here in terms of strength in lifting base on my size. Last, ser rot, and mighty are the ones whom you should be idolizing when it comes to strength! idol ko din sila eh ahahah!

Mga idol!
I'm supposedly still on my stim/ pre workout break.
Pero kagabi may nakita ako sa ministop na bagong energy drink.
Booster C Energy shot ang nakalagay, 60ml. Hindi talaga ako mahilig sa mga energy drink pero dahil 19php lang at may 80mg ng caffeine, I decided to give it a try. Also with taurine, royal gelly, b-vitamins at mga iba pang nasa energy drink. I made a 250ml grape juice, added my beta alanine powder at L- arginine na capsule pero dahil sa laki ng tablet niya dinurog ko siya at ginawang poweder. (Awful taste, wtf.).
After 20mins sinimulan ko na yung workout ko, parang wala naman epekto, pero after mga 1 hour nararamdaman ko na yung themogenic effect niya. Focus and energy is also good by this time. Pero siyempre iba pa din yung boost na binibigay ng pre workout like jack3d.
Namimiss ko na yung pakiramdam na parang gusto bumasag ng pader. Haha.
Bench press - same 100 as of Monday (hindi pa agad umepekto)
Barbell rows - increased from 120 to 130
Deadlift - increased from 130 to 140
Both for barbell rows and deadlift I feel I could do more.
Weakest pa yang ganyan sir?
Jusko edi pano pa nga sila sir rot at sir mighty.
