1/5/11- Squats (Still a struggle, but gettin' better)
Box Squats
WU: 45 x 15, 95 x 12, 135x 10
195x 5, 205 x 5, 215 x 5, 225 x 5, 235 x 5
-Felt good on the last set. Been itching to add more weight by don't want to re-injure myself. Slow and steady gets the honey.
RDL
115 x 9, 155 x 7, 175 x 7, 195 x 7, 215 x 6
-Went light on this to really feel it in my hammies. Slow and controlled reps.
Calf Raise
200 x 15, 260 x 15, 300 x 15, 340 x 15, 360 x 15 (30 sec - 1min rest)
Total Workout time: 60mins
-One of those days when I just feel tired and been thinking twice to go to the gym. But then my motivating questions kicked in.
Is this something that you wanna do? YES.
How bad do you want to succeed? As bad as I wanna breathe.
Do think you're still alive in the coming days for you to be able to do this sh!t? Not sure.- Off to the gym.

Sa Leg press ko ginagawa sir. Wala kasi yung standing calf machine kung saan ako nag ensayo ngayon mas komportable ako dun saka mas nakakatodo ako although konting alalay pa rin kasi nga a few months back nagka torn soleus calf muscle ako.
Pati sa squats alalay din lang muna.
aray koh.. tama nga ease up muna. pero 235 box squats .. lakas nang core mo to balance the weight.
naku sir mighty may nagpaparamdam, multo ata!!

Notes: I really thought I had the final set since first rep felt good. However on the 3rd rep its like something sucked out all the energy from me and I even struggled on the 4th rep. Oh well...
