Try mo din mag sanay sa double overhand na grip para di rin prone sa bicep tear, and para di mo binibicep curl papasok yung bar sa arm mo na naka underhand grip, sa mga nababasa ko sa experiences din ng ibang tao nagkaka muscle growth imbalance daw sila with using too much double-over grip noticeable daw to lalo na sa traps and upper back area kaya nag switch na din talaga ko sa double overhand since bodybuilding talaga goal ko.

and tama ulet sila sa push yourself to ground for the initial pull, maganda yung first execution mo pero nasira at nag hip drive ka nung iaangat mo na dun na mag cha-chain reaction sa lock out mo.

Salamat Idol DS! Will keep it in mind every rep. Yung butt thing nga rin napansin ko. Tinatry ko iwasan pero hindi ko magawa. Simulan ko yang sitting down a bit more next training. cheers

Mahirap talaga yan, maski nung nag GWO kame nagpacheck ako kay DS ng form same problem tayo. Nung kino-correct na ung form ko ang hirap i-imagine saka I had to make bawas the pounds eh lol.

Ako mula ng magsimula ako mag gym, di lang pagkain at supplement ang gastos.
Pati sa damit, 3x na din ako maligo, so pati sa sabon, shampoo, deo apektado lol.
@allen andito din ba sa thread na to ung vid mo or sa journal mo or sa FB mo? ang naalala ko lang kasi is yung rows and squat though i might have seen ung DL vid mo at naka limutan ko lang i critique hehehe sowee :P
i think i remember now na critique ko na sya sa FB nya though it was about using the collars hahaha wait let me watch again. :P@allen i checked your vid, id say perhaps same ng kay masala, Hips are kinda high still before the pull so you need to practice the "sitting" part and bar speed needs work as well.
