    nako bro, been out of the bb picture for almost a year na and that goes as well sa katawan ko na bumagsak na hehe. but nagenroll na ulit ako sa gym and started a week ago, i condition ko lang ulit katawan ko for a few months then sama na ko ulet hehe. theres a lot of catching up to do! astig ng traps at delts mo hmmmmm yummy!

    Off to the gym, 5 days natengga amp paalis na kasi si esmi sa sat, lagi nagpapasundo/nagpapasama last week. ngayon lang ako nakauwi ng maaga aga para makabuhat

    Got back from the gym, killed my back coz I felt strong today kahit medyo masama pakiramdam. Dahil siguro sa dami din ng nakain ko nung weekend lol. But this workout, I'm drained!

    Hit Chest today, not in the zone dahil umaga pero still a very good workout imo.

    post workout shake: 2 scoops ON whey Vanilla Ice cream with 1 Tbsp Skippy PB Sorop pala kaso putaena wala akong blender mano mano sa shaker LOL.

    reference photos lang. malaki laki na din tinabas sa tiyan ko, I think aabutin pako ng november nito LOL

    Ung nabili kong flavor antabang kainis eh hahaha. 1tbsp lang naman saka fat content na din kahit papano nasa-satiate ako hehehe

    Anong kulay nabili mo? Baka yung reduced fat yan amp kadiri yon. Yung gamit ko ngayon yung brown ganda macros 17g fat 7g protein 6g carbs per 32g tas sobrang lalake ng mani hehe.

    ung blue lang, walang crunchy ung normal na PB lang meron eh. ang kainis ung lasa ung ON ko antabang eh hahahaha.

    oo nga eh, minsan nababagalan talaga ako at sumasagi sa isip ko na "mag palaki na lang ako ule" hahahahah. Salamat sa encouragment I need it! hahaha! Nasa stage na ako na unfamiliar territory kaya kapaan pa din LOL.

    benta mo saken ung isang 10lbs 2k deal na mamaya agad. Sa tingin ko strawberry(though lasang gamot sa iba) saka mocha capuccino. Other than that flavors, "meh" or "yucky" na sakin. Kaso subjective ang taste preference naten ah so don't rely sa sinabi ko

    Brah! We have the same gut size at the moment. Meron extra padding sa sides aka love handles. :blush: Feeling ko sobrang taba ko na with this kind of gut. Psychological mind f$%k talaga ang labanan especially for skinny guys like myself. It really makes me realize the reason why I failed to gain that much size during my last bulking phase. Kaya talagang hindi na-achieve yung goal size because I am really afraid to go beyond my comfort zone (in terms of waist size). I should have known better. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

    Thanks for posting this progress photo. It really means a lot to me especially right now that I'm starting to doubt myself if I'm doing the right thing. It gives me peace of mind regarding the never ending issue of fat gain (at least for me) during bulk.

    Believe me brah that was way bigger 2 months ago! But looking back i trained and ate with this Fight Club quote in mind.

    "Stop trying to control everything and just let go"

    Right now naman ang dilemma ko is "im getting too thin" and looking like "i don't even lift" lol. The other side of the coin.

    Kaya mo yan brah!

    Di kasi kita nasilipan sa slimmers e hahahaha.

    Regarding sa ON, Mocha Cappucino so far ang pinaka the best sa mga natikman ko.

    Pero mas gusto ko pa din yung Cafe Mocha ng Dymatize.
