Yea adding some flavor to the oatmeal is a must cos it kinda "dry" boring taste of oats Banana is also good to mix in while cooking it. Get a banana taste oatmeal. Pure lean boobies is not wrong hehe

i'm planning on buying a pair of kicks w/ vibram sole though not the 5-finger type (merrel) but still provides the same "barefoot comfort". Hindi ko rin preffered ung hitsura ng 5-fingers for shoes though i don't mind it pagdating sa socks. Oh well trip mo yan jettie, so pudpurin mo yan katatakbo hehehe.

Joints, litids ( unsure ) were a bit awkward feeling. Gonna listen to my body, calibrating a lower body workout with light weightish hypertrophy style training today.
If something felt weird with back squats, switch to leg press. if sa lower back naman, switch to front squats.
Deloading and reducing the volumes and exercises to give way for the recovery

Moving on, nainggit ako sa stack mo jet baka sakaling bumalik ON fanboy nako. Na miss ko ung masasarap na flavors ng ON hehe
Taste :
Almost 90% close sa lasa ng PM7 when it comes to grainy and chocolate. Much okay sa taste buds ko yung Mutant Whey.
I don't find it taste like something else like karton, burak etc.. because I am doing it with shake or oatmeal mix so far okay naman.
So if anyone naka try na ng PM7 ( ewan ko kung bago na yung flavor ngayon ) close enough talaga sila.
Effectivity :
Ewan ko pa, since bagito pa lang ako.. pero one thing for sure, it helps to curve on my fasting phase talaga due to 8 hour + digestion.
Plus veggies + meat + eggs , kahit matagal na fast hindi ako nakakaramdan ng hunger pangs.
Cons :
Naka indicate naman yung allergen nya with Soy and milk.. tinesting ko ayun poop nation world war Z sa sikmura lol.
Plus yung presyo nya is medyo pricey vs Muscle Pharm Combat ( eto next target ko after maubos )
