    Nagmahal samin dahil sa bagyo pero usually ang lomo nasa 160 lang samin presyong tropa pa .

    Just a simple tinurbong chicken boobies and veggies, with casein shake.. Mom's super epic dishes since I was a kid... nothing beats my mom at it hehe..


    Goodnight... this meal makes me feel a baby after devouring it..

    I hate this feeling where as you are already prepared to lift for the day even on a no leg day for a week or so but then you have to do some forceful overtime due to some late issues with the kapalitan in the office..

    That damn feeling was fawkin sheet... kinda want to tear some people their bones out ! mother founder!

    I want to convert this stressfull feeling or hate to some pumpin tho I just got home and kinda groggy from work..

    Then have to wake up again for 4am for another shitty shift... oh well... not my 2 days..

    However, another pain encountered this day..

    I never lift since Friday, sat and sun ( sat were a nomo night where as cheat day )

    I was observing the pain since friday, nothing fancy on fri-Sun , same as the "doms" effect..
    But today the left lower back area has an awkward pain.. parang ngalay ang dating.

    No pain during urination or any specials or alien exist using my jr when uratinating still a clear colored piss.

    In the office, I love to sleep on my desk , different stance, naka yuko, naka sandal or naka tagilid.. makapikit tulog ako.

    binabasa ko nga yung sa kidney symptoms eh.. pero parang weird, ayon sa kidney symptons ang jingle bels ko ay pretty normal at ang tubig intake ko ay extreme naman..

    Pero observe ko pa, tutal papa check na rin naman ako this week using my HMO hehe.. knee caps, kidney's, liver, creatinine level at gastro ( sana wag amg recommend ng colonoscopy at endoscopy ) lol
