I if u only have the two days and wanna go to the gym these days i would recommend a full-body workout with compound movements.
Squats-millitarypress-benchpress-deadlift.
These movements includes the whole body
And if u wanna go to gym after 10,5Hours, there are short workouts that works for that to
Or go gym full body on the free from work days, then use one day after work for a lighter workout that dont take much time.
