Newbie

want to start working out but damn i got 10.5hrs job and 2 day off... Any advice?

    I if u only have the two days and wanna go to the gym these days i would recommend a full-body workout with compound movements.
    Squats-millitarypress-benchpress-deadlift.

    These movements includes the whole body :)

    And if u wanna go to gym after 10,5Hours, there are short workouts that works for that to :)

    Or go gym full body on the free from work days, then use one day after work for a lighter workout that dont take much time.
