  • Dude ang lakas mo! HAHA! Pano mo nagawang 145 yung Overhead Press mo? Sobrang frustrated ako karamihan rito yung OHP nila at Bench kunti lang yung gaps sakin 50lbs yung pinagkaiba.

    Sa Eclipse ka parin man? Mabini rin ba? Ano oras ka nagbubuhat dun? Sabay tayo minsan!

    hahaha oo nga pagawa ka nalang. mahal yung short terms nila.

    @yates yan palang currently for DL. meron din for squats na 315lbs din, tapos for bench 225lbs.
