perfect time for a CNS break ika nga ahaha normal lang yan gnyan din ako minsan parang ayaw kuna mag gym.. tas nuod nuod ng bodybuilding motivation sa youtube okey na ulit.. ipunta mo lng yan sa gym pag andun kna no choice kundi mag bakal ahaha.

I think burned out na yung katawan and utak mo sir sa lifting or at least it's near its limit. I get that most of the time. My take is try do a delaod week (working delaod) or might as well take a week off from the gym and don't think topo much of not going to the gym or making yourself guilty dahil di ka nagwowokrout. don't be afraid either that you mit lose your gains coz it will not even for a coulple of weeks rest a long you are eating at maintenance levels. trust me pag nakapag pahingaka na manggigigilka ulit sa bakal.
parang similar lang din yan sa stress sa work, you reach the point of "getting sick and tired" pero kailangan mong gawin kasi "kailangan'. I'm not saying magpakatamad ka ha coz thats totally different. all i'm saying is give yourself a break bagao ka pa tuluyang ma burn out at di na mag workout. my 2 cents brah
@sir ds kakabalik ko lang din po. I did rest one week prior moving to another gym. Nakakaone week palang ako ulit dun tapos nagkasakit ng 3 days tapos ganito na yung pakiramdam ko. Kaninang umaga pati pagpasok sa work tamad na tamad ako. But still pumasok padin. Buhat na ako ulit bukas i need to pick myself up again. Sabi nga sa isang meme na nakita ko just now. bajka dahil lang din yan sa may sakit ka pero sa mga ganyan kasi minsan it helps to stay away from the gym for a bit then come back later kesa ituloy mo till maburn out ka w/c could lead to quitting worst case "and we don't want that now precious eh?" (mimicking gollum voice :P) hehehe
we all have slumps like that. Sakin nung sa 3months ko na hiatus last year ganyang ganyan nangyari saken, tinamad mag gym, babalik tatamarin, magkakasakit at kung ano ano pa.
Nung nag GWO lang kame nung November na break ng todo ung slump ko nung nakita ko mga mods/members sa GWO ako pinaka mukang ungas hahaha.
Ikaw makakapag sabi kung gusto mong bumalik ule sa gym, pangit din ung nag g-gym ka pero half heartedly mong ginagawa

deadlift, chin up, rows, shrugs, curls
grabe tlaga sa mga mainstream na gym wala gumagamit ng mga free weights, puro sila machines, ako lang ata gumagamit ng squat rack nila at ako lang din nagdeadlift. patinging tingin sila. nakakaconscious lang hahaha. pero atleast wala ako kaagaw lol
Pabor sa atin yan at least di na kailangang maghintay. Leave the machines to them. Kapag kasi may nagamit ng squat rack sa amin, tingin ko agad, enemy spotted!

Oo nga sir mighty I was watching yung training video ni steve cook kahapon then biglang may nasingit sa video na babae squatting 185lbs ata. One thing na very rare makita dito satin. Yung mga lalaki nga dun sa machine na pang squat nagsquats e.
I did skip yung lying leg Curls wala kasi silang machine para dun.
Nagsukat ako ng biceps epic fail 13' lang daw hahaha. di ko na post nakakahiya
still at 168 though i can say that i feel somehow not that fat, nagcut ng rice add ng veg and fruits.
Question re: Sean's 26 week WO. \
Do I need to strictly follow it like yung sched nya? pano kung nakamiss ako ng 1 session? ex Day1 and Day 3 WO are good and skipped day 5 WO. then Week 2 should I do yung nakaindicate for Day 5 or yung day 1 ulit gawin ko? mejo confused ako sa ganitong setup hehe ^^
@emon as much as possible complete the 3 workouts every week, pero if ever circumstances doesn't let you train 3x per week you can opt for an "adjusted" routine na 2 days may separate PDF yun alam ko naiupload ko din yun dito "custom workouts" yata ang filename. pero kung pinili mo ay ang 3 day split routine, dalawa actually option mo for example:
Monday is legs/biceps, Wednesday is Chest/Shoulders/triceps then di ka makapag back for friday for some reason, dalawa ang option mo either you do back on a saturday/sunday or just start the new week w/ legs agains depende or infact pwede ka din mag back ng next week ng monday kung gusto, majority naman ng program split ay versatile ikaw na lang talaga ang bahala "mag adjust and make time" basta ang point is you train all the body parts week-in week out and allow enough time for recovery.
