    nangangamote ako sa lateral side raises eh hahaha 20lbs lang amf hahaha so weak. dapat ba sabay or dapat isa isang side lang? pano ba tlaga yung proper form nya?

    is this one good? may mga nababasa kasi ako na dapat daw walang parang jerk sa knees kasi ito parang meron. sinubukan ko yung walang jerk ang hirap lol

    di ko pa siguradosir DS, til7pm kasi work ko. pag inatake ako ng katam eh baka sumama ako hahaha.

    almost same poundages,
    was able to do 3 sets of 5 dips na instead of 2 lang dati. hina ko tlaga sa bodyweight exercises still trying to improve this sh*t trying to gain arm size. nakakainggit kasi e lolz.

    ---QUESTION---
    Anong silbi ng paggamit ng sauna? may benefits ba yun? nacurious ako ang daming gumagamit kanina. :lol

    Dati nung kapanahunan pa ng kopong kopong..after namin mag MMA training, pinagsasauna kami since kasama sa bayad..

    Ewan ko kung ano benefit pero para sakin nakakarelax..hehe ewan ko talaga yung totoong benepisyon nun... siguro fat loss?pawis ewan hehehe

    Well i dunno much about the bennefits of sauna aside from lets your tight muscles "loosen" a bit dahil mainit. It can also aid to "weight" loss (take note weight not fat coz i'm not familiar how it works for fat loss). usually ung mga nagcocompete sa PL sa states when they try to make it to lower weight calls a day before compy thats one of the things they do sa in order to lose water weight. I'm not sure if boxers or any other ahtletes do the same before weigh-in :)

    Hehe onga eh last DL ko 255. Nagtry din ng different approach kanina kaya di ko na muna tinaasan, yung parang explosiveness sabi ni sir mighty. Ang yung stance ni sir DS. Kaya yan na muna hehhe

    hehe. out of frustration kasi wala yung leg press machine. binawi sa squats.

    after 1 month sa golds may nakita din akong gumamit ng squat rack, sadly quarter squat lang ang ginagawa nya.

    Hehe trying to add reps sa mga lifts parang pakiramdam ko mababa endurance ko. Kaya hanggang 5 reps pero hirap na hirap sa 10 =(

    once in a while try mo mag allocate ng conditioning workouts or better gawin mo yung higer rep ranges pag nag working deload week ka.
