Salamat sir pacoy, dinagdag ko lang po yung 5k run, dami ko kasi nababasa na mas okay daw for fatloss if may cardio and heavy lifting combo. Try ko lang din wala naman mawawala.
From megamall, sakay ka bus LRT ayala, tapos sabihin mo ibaba ka sa kanto ng cash and carry. Ang pamasahe 15pesos ordinary 18-20 pesos aircon.
