    Pansin ko mas napag-iiwanan yung poundage mo sa BP(@115lbs) with accords to your squat(@225lbs) and deadlift(@265lbs).
    =( Second phase kasi ng program mejo naninibago ako sa pagkakasunod ng mga exercise unlike before
    Malakas ka naman sa ibang pressing movements(*dips; @BW[174lbs]x7x6 < not sure with this one if two sets of 7 and 6 reps or 7 sets of 6 reps./overhead press; @85)
    Anong nangyari? hindi ka naman na-injured ah.
    was not able to do overhead press for more than 2 months ata, kaya pa magadd though I was gauging how to properly distribute my energy on the new set of exercise.
    *BTW, update mo na rin yung stat mo > weight.

    Salamat sir pacoy, dinagdag ko lang po yung 5k run, dami ko kasi nababasa na mas okay daw for fatloss if may cardio and heavy lifting combo. Try ko lang din wala naman mawawala.

    Hehe fail, hindi pala dl day bp squats and rows pala tanga lang lols

    But happy enough was able to do a complete set of 135lbs 5x5 sabaw ko dito sa bench but getting there slowly

    From megamall, sakay ka bus LRT ayala, tapos sabihin mo ibaba ka sa kanto ng cash and carry. Ang pamasahe 15pesos ordinary 18-20 pesos aircon. Pag nasa bus ka, laging tamang hinala isipin mo lagi may mandudukot para di ka madukutan.. pag may sumabay sayo sa pag baba sa pinto, umupo ka bigla sa upuan baka ipit gang na yun.

    Nice progress bro.
    Sayang medjo pricey lang para sakin eclipse, kung hindi lang baka jan ako instead of slimmers.Nice calves nga, may mga gifted talaga sa ganyan, dami nga hindi naman nag bubuhat, sedentary din lifestyle pero anlalaki ng calves haha. Ako masukasuka na kaka squat at calf raises chicken calves padin, pero yung quads at hams kita ko na improvement, calves prng wala lol
