Good day to all,
Alam naman natin na ang legit na PR's ay ung nasusukat kpag nasa meet..
Pero for reference lang.. Ano ba ang mga PR's nyo for DeadLift, Squat and Bench Press..
Mas maganda sana kung may video... If I have time.. mag uupload ako ng sa akin.
Alam ko na marami pa akong kakainging bigas but I'll go first.
DeadLift: 230LBS x 5
BenchPress: 170LBS x 5
Squat: 200LBS x 5
Bodyweight: 160LBS
Height: 5'9
I started to do weight training for 2 months now.. so far good gains for me

Tanong ko lang sa sinabi mong 1 year kang nagwoworkout, ano ginagawa mo dati? Kasi sabi mo 2 months ka pa lang nag weightlift, medyo malabo.
Tapos ito naman post niya sa creatine thread.
Kung 2 month ka palang nag weightlift, para saan yung paginom mo ng isang buwan?

Nag wwork out na din ako ako almost a year.. pero ndi kasing intense ng weight training...
Nag jump ung numbers ko sa mga compund lifts na yan just within 2 months span..

Nag creatine na po ako 1month prior sa pag weight training ko...
Nag ggym wwork out / bodybuild na din po ako and almost 2 months na nung nag switch sa weight training / powerlifting..

Squats: 280 x 3 ( i know i suck on squats )
MP's: 160 x 6 ( week sauce )
DL 320 x 4
Squat 260 x 4 belt only no spot
BP 220 x 3 no bar holding ( bantay salakay mode yung spotter )
OHP 100 x 6
Dips BW + 60 x 4
Chins BW + 30 x 6

Tama. Yung iba mukhang 45lbs, until you literally put it on a weighing scale and realize you are only lifting 35-40lbs bar weight. Still a 5-10lbs difference.
Would be good to add our bodyweight in our stats, too.

Nung unang nag gym gym-an ako. ito yung PR ko (at hirap na ako dati)
Squats : 110lbs
Deadlift: ~150lbs
BP: 50lbs
OHP: 45lbs
hehe ang weakling ko grabe. sana this time mahihigitan ko na yan
Squat > 230lbs x 2
BP > 180lbs. x 3
DL > 265lbs x 1
OHP > 100lbs x 5
current weight > 66kg (145 lbs. skinny fagot potah!)
ok lang yan, pare pareho lang naman tayong nag daan sa low numbers eh, tsaka mamaw rin kaya numbers mo, LOL!
bro, nakalimutan kong mahiya dun sa pinost kong PRs ahaha.
inaasahan kong mag improve dahil ang dami kong mga idol dito. isa ka na dun hehe.

thanks! di po ako katulad nila core, jettie at sir vinch. sila yung mga certified na halimaw, LOL!
natatandaan ko dati, PR ko lang ata nun sa squat eh 140lbs x 1, BP 100x 8 ( with spot) and DL > 180x 5 ( na injured pa ko nito,)
gaya nang laging sinasabi nang mga veterans dito, NUTRITION and CONSISTENCY lang. You'll be amazed on how strong you will become.
or kung olybar, yung olybar lang muna.
hindi ako mag mamadaling dagdagan yung weights para mag improve ako
nakaka inspire yung mga PR ninyong lahat!

Bench Press (flat/incline/decline) : 200/160/200 lbs / 3-5 reps / with spot on the dying reps
Squats (parallel) : 180 lbs / 3 reps / no spot, raw, barefoot
Deadlift (conventional) : 210 lbs / 3 reps / doing DLs twice a month only, more on SLDL at this moment
Seated OHP : 100 lbs / 8 reps / can do better
Seated DB Press : 75 lbs each / 3 reps / with alalay

082314 - PR on Flat BP modified from 190 to 200 x4.

DB press: 105lbs x 6 (regularly using 100lbs)

These are my current numbers which I'm confident I can do (or been doing) on a regular basis. I didn't include PR's on some lifts because i know I can't do them again and it's useless to list down something you did long ago and can't repeat it. That's my personal belief on PR's.

Bench Press at Shoulder Press,
I am still using various dumbell weights and getting volume
in and dynamic effort on a seperate day.

Note: di ko pa natry mag 1 RM natatakot ako sa bigat. baka di ko kayanin. chaka sabi nga ni sirvinch kung wala naman sa goal ko, ok lang kahit mag pass na ko dun galing lang to sa SL 5x5 hehe
