Short background: im 21, started lifting dec '12. sobrang ectomorph ko hehe started around 100lbs. nakapaggym na rin ako before pero inconsistent like yung program, schedules. now i discovered this site, and others like bb.com and gumawa ako ng mas maayos na program. so far, nag improve strength ko and timbang ko tumaas konti.

went to the gym early this morning, dapat kagabi kaso yung kasabay ko late na nakauwi so ayun, hopefully fully recovered na ako tom afternoon since mwf talaga training days ko. list of my exercises:

nice to see the younger generation who are interested in BB, rather than spending their time on useless activities...

After nung promo which is 10days visit, ayun nawala nanaman ako hehe di ko alam saan lilipat kasi pag nauwi ako sa bahay late na. Minsan sumasama ako sa classmate ko, pero inconsistent talaga minsan once a week, minsan twice... sa Hammer Fitness sa Pasig. Etong picture ko doon kinunan
