Short background: im 21, started lifting dec '12. sobrang ectomorph ko hehe started around 100lbs. nakapaggym na rin ako before pero inconsistent like yung program, schedules. now i discovered this site, and others like bb.com and gumawa ako ng mas maayos na program. so far, nag improve strength ko and timbang ko tumaas konti.

comments, suggestions, and criticisms are welcomed. :)

    May 20 chest tricep day, yesterday

    testing lang yung vid :) last set of my bp 6 sets of 5 reps. delikado pala to, yung spotter ko yung nag vid haha. nawala na yung inline ng wrist ko sa elbows. lower back arch hindi masyadong halata kasi yung tyan ko sobrang nipis and sando sobrang luwag hehe. any comments? :D

    May 23 shoulder legs

    went to the gym early this morning, dapat kagabi kaso yung kasabay ko late na nakauwi so ayun, hopefully fully recovered na ako tom afternoon since mwf talaga training days ko. list of my exercises:

    ohp
    seated db shoulder press
    rear delt fly
    side lateral fly
    front raise
    rear delt row
    db shrugs

    squat
    leg extension
    leg curl
    standing calf raise

    Thanks mga sir! :) sobrang daming tao kanina sa gym mag vid sana ako ng squat, daming mga bata as in bata elementary (sa rants thread dapat to hehe) at kasama mga kuya nila, lahat sila kung anu ano ginagawa, pero di ko na lang pinakielaman. Try ko mag vid ng DL ko tomorrow :)

    dapat kasabay ng back day biceps, eh kaso sobrang late na nakapag gym magsasara na sila kami na lang inaantay mag row ng kasabay ko haha.

    please check my DL kung okay ba, kung may mali ba or ano, yan yung 2nd to the last set ko na 190x3, thanks pbb.

    bro sa DL mo, try mo lang ibaba yung hips mo.. imagine your self pushing your heels to the ground. Parang sa paningin ko naghihip drive ka pataas sa squat..

    Me no expert pero yun lang nakikita kong hilot.. but definitely a good lift bro.

    thanks sir suggestions are really much appreciated. marami ako nababasang hip drive sir pero hindi ko gets panu meaning nun?

    Hello, im back, sobrang busy sa school kaya walang time makapag update ng journal ko. Inconsistent nanaman ang workouts ko dahil dun. I availed pala yung mga promos online, yung 10 visits sa gold's gym for 1.1k yata yun, ayun nasisingit ko pag long break namin, sa intercontinental hotel branch(bawal yung promo sa glorietta branch). Ang liit pala ng gold's dun, wala lang malayo sa expectations ko. I gained about 5lbs pala, so nasa 125lbs na ako, strength naman nag increase konti. Still following Mike O'Hearn's powerbodybuilding program. Wala pa rin akong supplement na tinetake.

    After nung promo which is 10days visit, ayun nawala nanaman ako hehe di ko alam saan lilipat kasi pag nauwi ako sa bahay late na. Minsan sumasama ako sa classmate ko, pero inconsistent talaga minsan once a week, minsan twice... sa Hammer Fitness sa Pasig. Etong picture ko doon kinunan :)
