Initial weight: 220 lbs
Bf%: no idea
As you can see with my photo wala akong nakitang pag babago. Weight loss lang pero ayun wala nag bago after 3 months. Any suggestions thanks po.First time ko mag popost dito atbsa kahit anong forum. Sana may maka help dahil medyo nawalan na din ako ng pag asa maging lean.
Naisipan ko mag start mag papayat gawa na din ng na operahan ako at tinanggal ang gall bladder (apdo). And sa mga friends ko na 27 years old na na diagnosed ng High Blood at sa Boss ko na 37 years old na may chronic heart condition na. And siempre para na din sa sarili ko hehe.:lol
Dito ako nag start 220 lbs January 2013
Work out:
Cardio +low weight lifting + Diet 1800 cal./day
After 3 months i lost 24 lbs pero siguro na din na kaya wala pa din pag babago dahil medyo madaming water weight. Ito po yung sa April 2013
Tuloy tuloy lang toh!!!:sport: yun lang 2weeks na ako na stuck sa 196lbs.. itatry ko din mag Lipo 6 black try lang naman.

I see! try mo bro yung Keto diet. Eating fats to shred fats. Research research ka and paturo ka kay sir dalts, naka TKD siya Read mo journal niya.
Yan lang naman mapapayo ko sau Sir.

yap, pero usually pag sumasabay na ang ibang parts mo like shoulders,chest and arms pag naka damit ka hindi na mapapansin ang tiyan, same tayo ng katawan before walang korte, mabigat dahil sa taba, pero i did my best,and hindi ako naiinip sa mga gains and progress. bago ako mag check before ng progress 3months or 4months,
you can do the usual diet 1st kung gusto mo pababain muna ang fat mass mo, the low carb, low calorie,low fat diet. pero wag kang mag ka crush diet dapat gradual lang, then pag sa tingin mong payat kana then you can bulk up again this time fats with lean mass ang ma gegain mo, pero mahabang procedure yan. kung pinili mo naman mag bulk ngayon pde din naman,its up to you trial and error and ciempre you need to listen to your body pag aralan mo katawan mo kung saan sya mag rereact ng maganda, kaya nga ang body building is a marathon, change of lifestyle,
imhoand add ko, you really need to find a way para maka pag gym ka, hindi pde puro dbs lang gagamitin mo, restricted at limited masyado.naaliw ako sayo bro, kase same na same tayo ng body structure nung nag simula ako, kaya i know with dedication you can do it.
Here's my little opinion sir.
For me, stop doing home workouts, kulang na kulang yan sir. Nakalimutan ko kung ano yung term at exact science bakit mas okay kung real weights resistance training ang isang magandang way to lose fat and gain some muscles, well of course slow and steady.
And yes, if you want to gain some confidence, just do some cuts meaning deficits every day. Your usual diet will do the job just subtract some of it if you are hitting a caloric deficit. Reduce your fat to ranges 12-15% and for sure ma-appreciate mo yang pinaghirapan mo then decide.
However, it'll take few months to gain some and to lose some.
Here's some few bullets for you brah:
• A one hour workout is only 4% of your day. NO EXCUSES.
• Weights won't lift themselves.
• Amazing bodies don't just happen.
• Commitment is a choice.
@sir dalton lalo akong ginanahan ah hahahaha ayusin ko sched ko and maghahanap na tlga ako ng gym dito sa amin hehehe.. naisip ko din tama para hindi magkaroon ng limitations hehehe thanks!!!!
