effective sya pag nag papamass ka lalakas ka magbuhat, creatine monohydrate powder lang, basta wag kang mag exceed sa 5g per day ng creatine. nakapwersa ako ng 200 sa chest dahil dun ^^ pero 1month na ko ndi nag crecreatine humina ako ng kaunte ^^

i've taken a lot of different brands. the worst was GNC creatine, which tasted like sea water. was ridiculously pricey too. right now, i'm using musclepharm creatine. mixes well and goes down easy.
look for creatine that has no loading phase. 5g of creatine blend (monohydrate, creapure, whathaveyou).
ano po bang magandang brand ng creatine? nabasa ko kasi piliin daw yung brand na hindi na kelangan magload. anong bang mga brand yon?

Kaso ako hindi na ako nagloading phase, i just take 5g everyday ever since i started as suggested by this forum. So should I cycle ba or okay lang na forever na nagccreatine?
safe ba ang creatine on an empty stomach ? balak ko kasi mag-take ng creatine before my fasted weight training. mag-take effect ba ang creatine if take it 5 to 15 minutes prior to workout ?
ano ba recommended usage, before and after workout ?
