Jack3d pa lang nasubukan ko. Ok na ok ang focus at strength. Yun nga lang,Mataas na tolerance ko dito, kailangan 3 scoops para maramdaman. Ill try craze siguro pati mp assault kung ano mas ok.
jack3d user ako dati and yes yung lumang formula pa. i take 5 scoops per serving 15mins before wo. wala naman pong nangyari sakin.
meron ka pa ba ibang tinatake na supplement habang nagtake ka ng jack3d (old)?

allen - lol para akong naka drugs after ng wo. at gustong gusto ko naman lol!
trojan - may mga taong sadyang sensitive sa mga stims swerte lang ako at hindi ako masyadong tinatamaan ng bad sides like insomnia. wala din akong ibang tinatake na supps noon.
after ko kasi mag jack3d eh and tinake ko post workout supplement eh celltech pro series... just want to know kung ok lang ba sila pag sabayin. medyo may takot kasi ako sa jack3d nag lakas loob lang ako itake kahit may mga hear say ako naririnig about sa DMA subtance niya.. kaya konting scoop lang tinake ko..
Wag mo lang itake bago ka matulog at least 4 hrs before bedtime.
Kung sasabayan mo pa ng fat burner ingat lang kung medjo hindi ka pa sanay sa stims, kais dagdag caffeine yan at mataas caffeine ng mga fatburners AFAIK. But kung ang tolerance mo ay gaya ng kay sir milk na kaya ang 5scoops
(5 cups of coffee katumbas) e kaya mo pagsabayin yang jack3d at fatburner.Creatine + sugar lang naman yang celltech, so wala naman dapat maging prob yan. Just make sure inom ng MADAMING tubig.
Pag naiisip ko lang yung kapitbahay namin na maangas, lumalakas buhat ko. Aggression ang pampagana ko. Lalo na pag tumitirik ka na sa bench press, maisip ko lng mukha, yes!! Tapos buhat ko.
yup medyo matagal na rin yan. Bigla kase nagpalitan ng formula simula nun DMAA issue. Yun ang nabasa ko. Mukhang wala pa nakatry nito. Pasuggest naman mga sir ng magandang pre workout? Ayoko kase nun jack3d. Nasa list ko yun Assault and Superpump Max. Baka lang meron pa kayo masuggest na maganda. Thanks
parang gusto kong magtry ng pre-workout supp... minsan kinakapos ako ng lakas sa mga dulong sets and exercises. wala pa akong alam sa pre-workout supps, pa advise naman
tried almost all popular pre-workout supplements and here are the things that come into my mind:
jack3d - tried almost every flavor from grape bubblegum to fruit punch, insane pump, jittery/itching present, must be able to handle its effects (e.g. trouble w/ sleeping after)
cellucor c4 - my favorite among all pre-workout supplements, a notch below jack3d in terms of the pump, jittery/itching present as well but not as much as jack3d, balanced in my view
white flood - loved the watermelon flavor, sarap. mild pump but noticed this one holds for a longer period of time versus jack and cellucor. had to mix this with lots of water making it harder to consume.
musclepharm assault - tried the raspberry lemonade, didn't like the after-taste and was my least favorite among the pre-workout supplements i've tried, didn't get the same results from jack nor cellucor c4. had to mix this with lots of water as well.
by the way, i follow what's written on the instructions label. i don't overdose it
I've tried Musclepharm Assault, and para sakin, medyo grainy sya..sobrang bilis ng spike, iniinom ko pa lang may pump na agad. Kaso mabilis din lang nag-wear yung effects..hehe
PWO supplementation is an interesting topic if you will not look at the "supplement" itself but rather focusing on "the workout". Despite all the controversy and debate about PWO supps, my opinion is this:
is it beneficial? yes!
does it work? yes!
is it worth the investment? yes, but it depends on how you will use it for your advantage.
if you set aside the product and ask yourself what you need to build muscle and increase strenght/performance, you wont be able to give an exact brand. if you're looking for the "kick" then stims will be a good choice beacuse it targets your CNS but in the long run it doens't do much for you in terms of building muscles. So, if your goal is to build muscles use supps that will give you that then use it pre workout (like creatine). PWO supps are not formulated the same although majority has the same profile. i once used a product that improved my focus but nothing in terms of strength and endurance. others cant give me a pump in the gym but when i use it before playing basketball my legs get so pumped i can hardly jump. dont expect the same formula to work for weight lifting, sports and other activities.
right now, i make my own PWO cocktail depending on what kind of training is on my menu. that's why it works for me all the time in terms of building muscles, performance and health.
