mga bro ano ba mas maganda takbo muna ako bago mag buhat or buhat muna bago takbo..kada work out ko kasi natakbo ako 3k bago buhat eh me nag sabi sakin na dapat bumuhat muna daw ako bago tumakbo..pa advice naman mga bros..tnx

Work out first and no need to run that long if your trying to bulking up. Fat loss is and will be dictatd by your diet and not by running too much.
+1 up bro. dapat tlga after ng work out mo ang cardio.. or much better kung sa non workout days ka na lang mag cardio.. kasi dapat 8 hours away sa weight lifting mo ang cardio.. pero okay lang din nmn kung gusto mo tlgang after workout. pero siguro low intensity na lang. correct me if im wrong. thanks!

wow ang bigat pala ng mga bar! sabagay yung ez curl ko halos 15lbs na eh. hindi ko lang napapnsin kasi walang chance na ma bitbit ko yung bar kasi lagi may nakasalang.
personally hindi ko sinasama bro eh. hindi ko lang alam sa iba.
olympic bars in our gym weighs 25/lbs each. i want to include the weight of the bar whenever i lift but deep inside i feel like im cheating when i do it lol!
at a point minsan sinasama ko yung weight nung bar kasi hindi lang ako sa iisang gym nagbubuhat. like karaniwan pag back day, sa slimmers world ako nagbubuhat, nasa 40-45 lbs kasi yung bar dun, anlake dun diameter nung pasukan ng plates, nasa 3 inches yata. kaya pag nagback ako minsan sa ibang gym na 10lbs ang weight ng bar, automatic yun nagdagdag ako ng 30 lbs para same weight parin yung binubuhat ko.

ang dami ko nakikitang mga nag ggym laki laki ng biceps, triceps, front tska ung side ng shoulders... wala ung rear.. kaya aun parang nagmumukhang bell..

AFAIK excluded lagi ang bar, plates lang ang counted
good thing this question was brought up, ive been practicing(excluding) that kasi since i started lifting eh.
