    ask ko lang mga sir, is it okay to put in some roadwork(running), maybe atleast 1-2 times a week while still in bulking phase? I'm starting to notice some fats building up around my gut. I know i could prevent this by tweaking my diet but unfortunately medyo busy ako ngayon, puro bili mga kinakain ko, better to fill myself with fastfood stuff than not eat at all. haha :))

    ^i see. gaano kadalas dapat magcardio during bulk phase? ok na kaya 4-5k run, twice a week?

    hindi mo kailangan umabot ng 2k3k4k o ano pang k yan, ang need mo is high intensity, i doubt kung umabot ka ng 2 to 3k ng high intensity, i mean sprint not the usual boring jog. pag nag jog ka marathon style sinusunog mo lang din ang hard earn muscles mo, pili ka na lang sa dalawa.

    ^well, like i said, 4-5k run, not jog. although iba pa rin ang sprint. haha. sige sir, i'll try HIIT, 15mins. usual duration sa hiit pero mukhang gulpi gas tank mo dun. haha. :))

    May dalawa atang klase ng run, sprint at jog. Yun nga lang may mabilis talagang mag jog.

    Kaso malabo yang 4-5k na run, pede 4-5k na jog. Kasi kung i-google mo fastest runner, si Usain Bolt lalabas. Isang "sprinter"
    Kakainggit braso.

    Mga master, patulong naman.

    Kung ang program ko ay BS 5x5 M-W-F at gusto kong idagdag yung barbell complexes, (for conditioning para sa climb) mas ok ba kung after ng session ko gawin ang bb complexes or ok lang kahit sa off days ko which is Tue / Thur?
    Hindi ba parang hindi makakapag pahinga ng maige ang maskels kung Tue / Thur ako mag BB complexes?
    Btw, I am bulking.

    akyat ng bundok? mas better nga sa off days mo. Pero sa tingin ko mas better ang jogging/running for endurance.

    Oo boss monch akyat nga ng bundok.
    Tamad kasi ako mag jogging talaga e at nabobore ako haha, kaya naisip ko pwede din siguro yung bb complexes at least maeensayo din ang katawan ko sa pagbuhat. Bigat kasi ng bag namin e! Haha.
    Pero siguro magjog din kami at least pag weekend ni misis kasama nung mga pups namin hehe.

    Ayos sir pareho tayo ng hilig, ako talagang tamad magjog, nagjog lang ako nung maktrav, ngayon tarak kaya gs2 ko prepared talaga sana haha.

    sapat na ba ang 1kg or 1.25kg of chicken breast (skinless, boneless) to cover the protein requirements for one day ?

    ayon kasi sa Google search results, may 32g of protein ang 100g of chicken breast (skinless, boneless)

    kung 1kg of chicken breast (skinless, boneless), may 320g of protein ka na ?

    according sa calorie table na nakuha ko 100 grams of chicken breast fafs is approximately nasa 32 grams of protein indeed. if so, then 1 kilo is more than enough IMHO but it will vary of course sa protein requirements from person to person. me, i consume only 1-1.5 gram of protein per lbs of lean mass. kaya isang kilo ng chicken breast i think "more than enough".

    haha para sobra na nga ang 320g per day, pero mas ok mga bro na wag lang sa chicken niyo kunin ang protein niyo sa isang araw.. di lang dapat quantity ang tignan kung di pati ang quality at variety hehe.. dapat include niyo ang eggs,fish,beef,milk(whey)n tiyaka nuts sa protein sources niyo haha..

    unang tanong: ok lang ba kung na susunod ko yung daily macro intake tpos 2 to 2.5k calorie intake sa working days tpos 2k calories lang sa rest day? or baliktad? pa 3 weeks n clean bulking na ako pero alang kwenta,lol pa txt na lang ako sa 09295021953. Thanks

    Pwede basta by the end of the week nasa surplus ka pa din. Kaya nga di ako naniniwala sa "clean" bulking since our body weight will adjust to the total calories we consume and not on what we eat.
