    pag pr mode ako 1rm, hanggang sa hindi ko na kaya, pag strength, 5x5 ako pero mabigat.

    kailangan mabigat,ano ang irerepair mong muscle kung di mo sisirain. ako nga injured ung right deltoid ko pero heavy pa rin :sport:

    kaya q 240lbs at 5-6 reps sir... pero hindi ko kayang pakababa ko ng 1 rep, buhat agad, basta hindi dire-diretso.. pwede bang may konting rest in between rep?

    eh di 1 max rep na un kung di mo na kayang sundan pa ng isang rep

    If it takes you 30sec 1min rest that's already another set and not another rep. So 240 is your 1RM.

    Mga papsi, Okay lang ba gawin kong ganito ang programs ko? Chest and Legs, Shoulder and Biceps, Back and triceps. Kasi dati Chest and triceps tapos back and legs. E Masyado ako naeexhausted sa back kaya nilipat ko ang legs kasama ang chest and back kasama triceps. Salamat mga papsi!

    mag suffer naman ang chest mo, dapat kase pag legs day, legs lang,

    @dalton - Hahaha! O sige na Papsi Dalton! Sundin na kita! Kapag ikaw ba tinry mo na dati may kasabay ang legs? like chest or other parts of the body. Kinakaya mo ba isabay?

    chest-triceps
    legs-biceps
    shoulder-triceps
    back-biceps

    alternate mo yung triceps at biceps para hindi ma overtrain. mahirap kasi pagsabayin big muscles like chest,back and legs. siguradong ubos lakas mo nyan

    @rugged - O sige papsi! May tanong ako mas maganda ba ang more heavy weights(as in hindi mo siya kaya i12reps) and 6-8 reps kesa sa weights na mabigat din pero 12 reps? Ano mas mabilis ang gains? Mga masters pasagot naman oh.

    Pasingit sir. Kung kaya mo ng 12 reps it's not heavy enough. :)

    Lagi nga 12 ginagawa ko e. Bwahahaha! Kung mas bibilis ang gains ko sa More heavy weights and less reps de dito nalang ako. =)) Pero hihintayin ko muna mga sagot ng mga idol ko. =))

    mas kaya mo pa mag heavy kung babawasan mo ang reps at mas may gains. example kung heavy na sayo ang 100 tpos 12 reps at 3 sets pa na ggawa mo,kapag binabaan mo ang reps,malamang 140 kaya mo kung low reps. lol sana nag tugma pag iisip natin

    tama, mas mabilis ang dagdag ng poundage mo kung low rep ka, pero dagdagan mo na lng set, kunwari 3 sets 12 rep ka dati, gawin mong 5-6sets 5reps. 8reps pwede pa.
  • sir tulong naman about supplement sir kung mag papalake kalang ng muscle wlng fats na masasama anung supplement yun sir tpos sir un sa serious mass/megamass/nitrotechmass may halong fats ba un???? first time ko lang po kc mag susuplement help naman po :huh::huh:

    @Dalmas -Papsi nagtugma tayo! Mas malaki gains kapag low reps tapos 140 3 sets and 6-8 reps than 100 3 sets and 12 reps?

    @rugged - Papsi mas dagdagan ko pa yung set? Hindi kaya mapagod agad ako nun? Kasi mas sobrang bigat mas konti sets and reps. Sa tingin mo papsi?

    mapapagod ka pero mas nakakapagod tol yung 3 sets 12 reps, basically hinati mo lng yung whole exercise mo, sa 3 sets 12 reps may total of 36 reps ka, sa 5 sets 5 reps, 25 reps total lang, pero mas heavy ang buhat mo compare sa unang set. ang downside lang nung 5 sets kung may susunod sayo, syempre medyo mahaba oras mo sa 5 sets kysa sa 3 sets lng.

    there is no best supplement... both has its own purpose, kung may budget ka, try both sir. :blush:

    the best way to gain mass is to EAT BIG. Kung sa supplement naman kahit ano jan.     I'm on my 5th week of 5x5 program..
    then next week deload.. then phase 2.. the 3x3
    sirs, what can you suggest during this phase? should i add some isolation exercises?
