kailangan mabigat,ano ang irerepair mong muscle kung di mo sisirain. ako nga injured ung right deltoid ko pero heavy pa rin :sport:

kaya q 240lbs at 5-6 reps sir... pero hindi ko kayang pakababa ko ng 1 rep, buhat agad, basta hindi dire-diretso.. pwede bang may konting rest in between rep?

mag suffer naman ang chest mo, dapat kase pag legs day, legs lang,

alternate mo yung triceps at biceps para hindi ma overtrain. mahirap kasi pagsabayin big muscles like chest,back and legs. siguradong ubos lakas mo nyan
@rugged - O sige papsi! May tanong ako mas maganda ba ang more heavy weights(as in hindi mo siya kaya i12reps) and 6-8 reps kesa sa weights na mabigat din pero 12 reps? Ano mas mabilis ang gains? Mga masters pasagot naman oh.

Lagi nga 12 ginagawa ko e. Bwahahaha! Kung mas bibilis ang gains ko sa More heavy weights and less reps de dito nalang ako. ) Pero hihintayin ko muna mga sagot ng mga idol ko. )
mas kaya mo pa mag heavy kung babawasan mo ang reps at mas may gains. example kung heavy na sayo ang 100 tpos 12 reps at 3 sets pa na ggawa mo,kapag binabaan mo ang reps,malamang 140 kaya mo kung low reps. lol sana nag tugma pag iisip natin
tama, mas mabilis ang dagdag ng poundage mo kung low rep ka, pero dagdagan mo na lng set, kunwari 3 sets 12 rep ka dati, gawin mong 5-6sets 5reps. 8reps pwede pa.

mapapagod ka pero mas nakakapagod tol yung 3 sets 12 reps, basically hinati mo lng yung whole exercise mo, sa 3 sets 12 reps may total of 36 reps ka, sa 5 sets 5 reps, 25 reps total lang, pero mas heavy ang buhat mo compare sa unang set. ang downside lang nung 5 sets kung may susunod sayo, syempre medyo mahaba oras mo sa 5 sets kysa sa 3 sets lng.

then next week deload.. then phase 2.. the 3x3
sirs, what can you suggest during this phase? should i add some isolation exercises?

Parang pointless na kasing magbasa about sa diet haha.
