Soreness Relief After Working-out?

I took a pre-workout energy booster (ON Amino Energy) before and while working out which helped me lift more in good form but my legs have been very sore since yesterday and im struggling in bending down and getting in/out of the car even.
What remedies do you guys take for muscle soreness?

Lalo na pag squat ako I stretch before at lalo na after heavy squat.
So rest Well... Soreness is nature for us.... kahit pa pabalik-balik ka mag squat for how many years meron parin yan... at hahanap-hanapin mo na yan sa susunod.... Drink water....more water.... indeed.................
I would have to somehow disagree w/ this, DOMS is not the basis of an efficient workout and whether there was muscle tear or not. as long there is enough "tension" or load that has been placed onto your muscles above its "normal capacity" there will be muscle tears minsan di lang natin nararamdaman and since may damage si muscle mo of course magrerepair given w/ the right nutrition and rest, though most of the time we do get DOMS the next day after workout but i do have weeks that i get to lift heavier even break PRs but not much on the soreness the next day. tipong parang walang nangyari hehehe

Sinabi mo pa bro exhausted masyado ako after ng hilot. Nung hinilot ako para akong animal kakasigaw at parang gusto kong kumawala.hahaha

try mo mag lukewarm bath. nga pala, light cardio may help as well.
There were two major changes I made. I stretched like hell before and after working out and I increased the dosage of my pre-workout drink which is ON Amino Energy.
I no longer dread legs workouts wohooo!
