    hahaha medyo bad lift ako kahapon sa DL sir @dimzon03 pero sige lang dahan dahanin ko lang muna, baka maintain ko nalang muna ang current pr haha hirap talaga wala belt baka lumagatok

    ok na muna na alam mo 1RM mo dyan. Hindi kailangan every week o session eh testing mo yung kaya mo 1RM. Kasi baka imblis na mag improve ka eh maging cuase pa ng injury. Kunin mo lang 80-85% ng 1rm mo dapat dun ka mag work. Tsaka invest ka narin belt hehe.

    Same here. Feel ko nga din mas ramdam sa back yung seated cable kesa sa TBAR kasi similar movement pero yung seated cable pde mo itodo yung pull sa likod.

    padaan lang ulit, sobrang bugbug katawan sa kaka workout hehehe. May latay pa rin hamgstrings ko sa kaka sprint haha. halo halo na kasi pinagagawa ko para ma break lang ang routine. Pinag isang araw ang DL at squat, pinag isang araw ang Chest at back may kasama pang shoulder at traps , etc etc haha mga ganun.

    NO NO NO! paps, di ka pwede mag sprint sa pabebe treadmill hahaha. Sa loob ng subdivision namin paps, kaya mukhang si flash ako dun pag tumatakbo hahaha!

    yes! that's why i buy solid not chunks in vegie oil, yung chunks nila gutay gutay at marami liquid parang ang durog ang laman hehehe. better ang solid kasi SOLID hahahaha. good luck bro!
