    Then lunch. Ok po ba lunch na ganito. Corned tuna canned squid 4 eggs. Ala na time magluto kasi may pasok.

    i was just kidding....go ahead and eat everything..i eat 4-8eggs a day including the yolk, just make sure dont overcook it..if you can eat it raw the better...pero wag at baka mag food poisoning ka pa

    if you will eat it right away try mo boil it in 3 to 4 minutes, dun masarap kasi malasado at mainit init hindi nakaka umay kainin unlike sa hard boiled talaga lasang chalk ang yolk. Pero kung later mo pa kakainin, much better I hard boiled mo na.

    Cge po mga boss. 8 eggs kasi kinakaik ko kaya kalahati may yolks. Sya nga pala eto latest pic ko pacheck naman if may nagbago. Thanks. tHznprch.jpg

    Done back today. Nasa cutting phase ako. Napansin ko lang lumiliit muscles ko habang nagcucut. Its been 4 weeks. Pero ung lakas ko gnun prn. Ano po sa tingin nyo.

    its better to post a before and after pic papi para makita ang difference :) para maka bigay kami input :)

    yes, ganito ginagawa ko. every month nag ppic ako sa sarili.. tapos naka save, naka folder pa kada month. hehehehe.

    youre muscles didnt get smaller, nabawasan lang yung subcutaneous fat inside the muscle and underneth the skin

    Salamat idol. Kala ko kasi lumiit na. Tama naman kasi ung dami ng protein na kinakain ko.
