  • i went back doing 18/6 or 20/4 IF, my last meal is around 6pm,....pag dating ng 12noon i could eat na, cant help it, the mother in law is here....kakahiya tangihan

    ako naman parang ewan, kung kelan lumaki na shoulders at chest ko, saka naman sumabay ang tyan at tagiliran na buang na haha. medyo di na ako consistent sa IF ko lately kaya siguro nagkaganito hayz buhayz haha

    yeah yan ang kinakatakot ko hahaha eh sa time na yan naka bakasyon ako sa province sigurado kain tulog gala ang mangyayari tsk 2 weeks tsk tsk lol

    well, sakin papi. normal na, 20/4 seems easy, my last meal yesterday was 545, first meal ko kanina was around 215pm, drove all day, forgot i was hungry...

    i did keto before we went to Baguio last October for vacation. After nun na tigil na si keto at binalak ko bumalik sa IF pero di nga consistent hehe.

    Standing Military bb press
    side lat raise

    Chest:
    closed grip bp
    parallel bar dips
    Cable crossover

    Arms:
    Hammer curl
    bicep curls

    Lunch:
    Half roasted chicken plus extra gravy lol

    uo paps, ramdam ko yan nung nag kasakit ako 2 weeks feeling ko sayang yung gains nawawala.. pero nung nag comeback naman ako 1 week lang beast mode ulit. hahaha.

    kasama yun paps, last year ganun din ako, start yun after the 5th day of keto, will last a week, after that, ok kana, explaination dun is, wiwi ka ng wiwi, losing salt and electrolites, lose ka ng 5lbs of water, kaya puro salty muna food natin...after the transition is over, ok na uli, youll see an improvement sa skin, fat lost is around 1lb a week, then youll regain your strength back
