    Chest/tis day whew! after a week of rest and eating lol

    Bumili ako sangkaterbang brocoli sa Baguio lol. Cooked at fnreeze :-)

    bumibili din ako dati ng frozen broccoli sa SM hypermarket. 50+php lang.. hehe. yung dati kasing pinag ggyman ko tabi lang ng SM hyper.. ngayon layo na....sarap niyan sir galing pang bundok, mukang fresh na fresh yan. hehehe

    hehe uu sir kaso medyo mahal din ang kilo kasi nga binagyo eh. Kala ko nga mura kasi galing Baguio, kaso binagyo si baguio hahaha. mga 800 pesos din worth nabili ko apat na kilo. Yan din hinahanap ko sir sa mga grocery store, yung frozen na broccoli, ang problema wala dito sa SM na malapit sa amin.

  • May nakita din ba kayong Frozen Green goods sa SM super/hyprmarket? Yung tipong may parang ready-to-eat salad like Lettuce, Kale, Spinach, Broccoli or Cauliflower. Naghahanap ako ng pde ko ipasok sa 50php budget pang snack sa hapon.

    sa ibang supermarket like Landmark and Rustans, ang SM napaka limited ng resources nila sa mga ganyan. Meron yang sealed pack na lettuce salad pero mahal eh hindi pang 50 pesos haha. Bili ka nalang sa market fresh, cook it at i freeze mo sa zip lock bags, tapos kuha kuha ka nalang baon mo pang snack.

    Di ko lang ramdam ang keto siguro sir. Kasi dati IF + low carb meal medyo swak. Lately keto lang wala nang IF haha. Mas ok siguro kung ibalik ko nalang ang dati. Or maybe paranoid lang ako dahil sa galing sa bakasyon at maraming nakain at less ang training. Alam mo yung feeling bloated. At palagay ko na dagdagan nanaman ang mga taba ko sa mid section ka irita lang tignan . Besides medyo mahal mag keto at na llate ako sa umaga kasi piniprepare ko pa ang keto coffee pati pagkain. Tignan nalang natin. Experiment pa more hehe

    Dati 34 ako. Ngayon kasya na 32-33 inch :-)
    Btw same pa rin naman weight ko nag lalaro sa 168-170lbs

    ramdam kita sir sa medyo nag bloat.. hahaha, napapadame din kasi kain ko ngayon week.. kasi laging may libre at okasyon, hahaha. hirap tumangi.

    well, its better to change it up a little bit once in awhile.

    Ok lang paps. Last meal ko 6:30 2 saging lang kasi second meal ko 6 eggs na hinaluan ng mayo. Plus a cup of brocoli plus pop n chips lol kaya medyo busog pa. 630 pm to 4am tulog ko sarap! Hehehe
