    I agree. Hindi lang abs ang lalabas kungdi pati ang definition ng pinag hirapan mong ma buo na muscles sa ibang part ng katawan hehe. Low carb diet + IF = machopapa hahahaha

    tagal ko na sa gym, nung nag diet ako tsaka nag HI hello bigla yung abs ko e... hahahhaa
    diet is the key.... kung matagal ka ng nag llift/gym at wala kang abs at nag tataka ka? mag CUT ka... yung abs mo nag tatago sa fat.proven mga sir.diet is the key

    lets say youre 160, you gained weight 170, you have increased strength, then 175, you see a little more, then you reached 180, and it stopped, you can do two things, add a bit more weight to see if there are still strength gains..or go cut, there is a law of diminishing returns, there is a point where you get too comfortable and stay bulked up all year...when i was 220lbs, i can lift the same weight as when im 250 or 260..sometime bulking is an excuse to eat junk, it was just in denial...

    Coming from the statement, seems di ko pa kailangan mag-cut. From 1 year that I have started lifting weights on a "regular" basis, i feel na lumakas ako. I feel na I can go for more. Siguro another 6 months to observe. Napaka-elusive ng 70Kg. I'm stuck at 69. Whew!

    mas masarap yan sir pag luto na hahaha kasi di ako fan ng mga hilaw na pagkain katulad ng rare to medium rare na steak pati sushi eww haha
