do you know eat a kilo of beef a day, my bp is low, all is normal...high bp is not caused by saturated fat...even you eat lechon everyday for the rest of your life you wont have high blood pressure...youve been fooled in thinking that fat is bad for you..btw chicaron cooked in lard or butter is healthy, if cooked in vegtable oil, is deadly,
rule is, saturated fat is good, a few carbs are ok, too much of both are bad, sugar is deadly...
