    Stop lang ako sir for 6-8 weeks, kse nagka injury scare ako sa lower back akala ko slipped disc na pero it appears na bka slight inflammation lang. So nagpalit muna ko ng program for 6-8 weeks then balik ako ulit ng SL 5x5, namimiss ko na nga eh. hehe!

  • as of now kuya im doing the more reps than ever, nasa 12-15 range, not so punishing sa old joints:)

    Wide grip pull ups 3x7
    BB benchpress 5x5
    DB incline 3x12
    Pec Deck 3x12
    BB bicep curls 3x12
    Bicep concentration 3x12

    Actually my program is based on 3 sets 12 repetitions. ;) I think my joints are fine, still plenty of juice left :)

    the old man can only do 12-15 reps on 90lb dumbells incline presses...

    Hnd po Sir, 66Kgs at 12% BF. Just maintaining my physique :) Sir bka mas matanda pa po kyo skn, 31 plng po ako.. lol :) but I have achieved a lot of accomplishments in my life, hmmm..

    Its because you were calling me Kuya, that's why I said that you're maybe older than me, Kuya? Maybe?! Afaik, that's a word you use to call someone older than you..
  • calling someone "kuya" is a sign of respect regardless of age...its like "uncle" to the chinese

    But it is more commonly known for calling someone older than yourself, so that's the primary reason I asked which you could have answered in a different manner, possibly without sounding too offensive and avoid using unnecessary language. Read my comment, I did say maybe rather than handing out an implication.

    You look big at 66kg. I'm at 69kg pero ampayat ko tignan.

    ako nga 82kg pero hindi naman ako mukang mataba. lol. noong july nasa 88kg ako. mabagal bumawas. mga 2months na ko low carb. hahaha. mga 10-15lbs lang nabawas.. target ko mga 170.

    I'm not surprised, I hate to say this but there's nothing wrong with the comment unless someone has a narrow mind or someone who has problems accepting how old they are and gets easily offended by someone who is younger than them, in that case I do not need their respect. have a nice day, Kuya! ;)

    Sir, nasa 69-70 Kg din po ako dati pero slowly nawawala ung belly fat ko and I do have a thin frame kaya magaan weight ko. :)

    That's the spirit! :) I remember yung training coach ko dati may ganyan din pero he spent extra time with warm-ups particularly with using 1-2lbs dumbbells involving different movement of his elbows in higher repetitions and nawala ung sa kanya.
