I started working out just over a month ago. I'm 5'6" and weighs 186lbs dati. Ngayon is nasa 180lbs na lng ako. Any advice po para lumiit tyan ko at yung man boobs ko? Gusto ko sanang maging ripped pero yung sakto lang. Currenly ito po ginagawa ko ngayon:
Workout:
Monday = back + 15-30mins cardio
Wednesday = chest + 15-30mins cardio
Friday = legs + any upper body exercises na di ko nagawa sa M and W
Sunday = minsan if may time konting whole body exercise + cardio (minsan rest day ko)
Diet ko naman is more on meat na ako ngayon. Chicken, tuna, eggs and porkchop. I also take 1 scoop of protein powder before breakfast and 1 scoop after workout.
Pahelp naman po if may mali sa current na ginagawa ko ngayon at please suggest anything that will help me. Thanks in advance.

I see nothing wrong with what youre doing, just keep the workout short and count the macros
banat lang nang banat sir hehe! best if you take a BEFORE pic. So later on you can compare it with the AFTER pic hehe
Yes sir! Hehe. Meron ako BEFORE pic. Tas ni-compare ko sya after 1 month of working out, may progress naman kahit papano. Mejo lumiit tyan ko at mejo nagkamuscle hehe. Pero malaki pa din tyan ko e. Hirap tanggalin yung taba haha
Hahaha hindi ka nag iisa sir, damayan mo kami sa pag tanggal ng taba sa tyan gilid at likod. Good luck sa atin hehe
Hahaha sige sir. Mula kasi pagkabata shy type na yung abs ko e. Never ko pa nakikita haha!
