Cardio or no cardio??

Hello po newbie here, medyo naguguluhan lang ako sabi nila hindi na kailangan ng cardio para palabasin yung abs pero mag 4months na ginagawa ko weights+Abs workout pero hindi parin matanggal yung fat. kailangan ko ba talaga mag cardio? pero nagpapalaki rin kasi ako ng katawan.

^ Ahh. akala ko kasi pwde pagsabayin yun palakihin yung upper tapos tanggalin yung body fats. bulking muna ako tska nalang mag cut
The truth is you dont need to do abs to have abs, abs are made in the kitchen, working out is just 10-15%.... And now youre trying to bulk...doesnt make sense....well cardio does help in increasing metabolism by making your body more efficient in using oxygen....but if you can have a caloric deficit by just strength training you dont need cardio to get lean.

1) Hindi kelangan ng cardio para palabasin yung abs - true, if your training is enough to boost your metabolism and/or create a deficit.
2) 4 months na ginagawa ko weights+Abs workout pero hindi parin matanggal yung fat. - Depends on how much fat you have. There is a certain point (bodyfat level) where you can get lean and see your abs in a 4 month period. Pero kung sobrang taas ng BF mo it will obviously take longer.
3) kailangan ko ba talaga mag cardio? Some say yes, some say no. The truth is at some point, kelangan mo magcardio. Kahit yung mga genetically gifted bodybuilders e nagcacardio din minsan pag kelangan (like Dexter Jackson). Possible na magka-abs without cardio, pero kung ayaw talaga lumabas bakit mo pipigilan sarili mo gumawa ng ibang methods para ma-achieve goal mo.
4) pero nagpapalaki rin kasi ako ng katawan - So what you really want is a muscular body with abs? Dadating ka din dun, madaming trial and error not to mention that it will take YEARS to achieve that.

Been walking 4x a week so to encourage the wife be more active, around 3-5km, its not hiit, but its a good form of meditation...bulk of my cardio is from farmers walk...buttom line is, any form of activity is better than doing nothing
thank you sir naintindihan ko na tuloy ko nalang gawin routine ko kpag hindi effective try ko ibahin or magdagdag hehe
i keep in mind nalang at sinasabi sa sarili na "walang overnight na change". Meaning if i do tons of workout today, bukas si superman na ako.. no. Tama ang sabi ni sir vinch.. Change do take time, even years at samahan lang ng patience at syempre effort

caloric deficit is must~
tama yung sinabe nila it takes time at consistency. parang yung tropa ko na sumama mag gym sakin. na enganyo siya kasi nakikita niya gumaganda built ko. (mataba kasi ako dati)..
nag monthly siya sa gym.. 1 week pa lang siya nag ggym panay sabe niya sakin tol may nag babago ba? lumalaki ba? etc. etc.. sabe ko sakanya hindi kagad yan makikita, maghihintay ka, minsan taon ang hihintayin mo... yun, pag katapos ng isang buwan nainip ata hindi na pinag patuloy. hahahhaha.. animal.lol

both, you make a calorie deficit by doing cardio, plus there is a saying, abs are made in the kitchen
tama..kung papansinin natin ang mga runner..they dont have belly but they loss also muscles.like abs so kelangan diet talaga..
