Mga Sir here... 125 lbs. 5'5 lng q pero pln ko mga 130lbs. na muscle ang bibigat di yong fats o belly ko. Sir ano ba routine n pwd kung gawin kc ung gamit kong routine pang beginner parin tapus nga 3days a week lng ako pero plan ko mag pa taba kunti ang payat ko na e. nag under wait ako hehehe. salamat sa tutulong in advance. all your suggestion or clarification are acceptable and appreciated po salamat

Stick with bench press, squats and deadlifts, the big 3, they will be your foundation if you want to gain strength, btw... ill add push press to the equation if possible, from there add some accessory workout,
Concentrate on those 3 or 4 movements, example if its chest day, bench press is mandatory, add 2-3 accessory work or movements after doing some bench work like flies and dumbell presses, pero the core of your workout is the bench...kasi from there youll see if youre getting stronger or not
