    Hindi natty yung ganyang progress! Cannot be! Masyado mabilis compared sa iba! ilang months pa lang yan eh... c'mon brah?! you didn't even do IF and 5x5. How is that possible??? Ang lakas mo e tapos hindi ka pa calorie defizzit, zurpluzzz, no macro breakdown, wala ka din myfitnezzzpal sa anroidzzz fone mo brah! IIFYM ba yan brah? Any wedsite or pubmed and scientific controlled supercalifragelistic articlezzz you can recommend? Show us the way Plzzzzz ....

    Salamat sir...alam ko naman na gusto mo lang ipaalam sa iba na wag masyadong gawing kumplikado ang mga bagay bagay...
    kahit hindi tumaas timbang ko last year eh bawing bawi naman sa itsura ko sa salamin at kahit hindi rin nagsitaasan mga numbers ng buhat ko eh kaya ko naman pagsabayin isang exercise sa isang exercise kumpara dati...

    Thankful din ako kasi hindi ko na kailangan isipin yung kakainin kong calories o protein o kaya sundan yung usong program sa net...
    kasi dami na problema at isipin sa bahay at trabaho... basta alam ko lang pag nagbuhat ako dapat BUHAT talga mapa upper o lowerbody man...pag gutom dapat kumain walang arte kung anu man nakahain o kaya kung anu lang kaya ng pera ko, praktikal lang...(pero syempre sa makakabasa nito ahh, mas maayos kung quality foods talaga...nataon lang na hindi ko kaya yung ganun)

    Tsaka yung sabi mo sir dati...pagdating sa training.
    less is more pero still more is more (ewan ko kung tama pagkakaalala ko hahaha)

    After ko mag squat at front squat...nagpahinga muna ako sa sulok ng gym tapos bigla bigla nalang may nangaral sakin kaya nagulat ako...wlang pasintabi o kung anu man bigla nya ko tinuruan nang kung anu mga saloobin nya sa buhay... ok sana kung makakatulong sakin pero puro kagaguhan at yabang lang!

    banat ba naman sakin bigla...
    brad ayus sana yung squat mo pero nakabelt ka kasi eh...tsaka magaan pa yan ako nga dati 300lbs upong upong yun tapos walang belt, ikaw kasi may ganyan kaya hindi kapa ganun kalakas...
    putek nayan! nananahimik ako bigla ako ginanun tapos kesyo daw wag ako mag juice kasi acid daw yun masama sa buto lalo na daw kape... ulol lang eh... favorite pineapple juice sa 7eleven at mcdo pati jollibee at kung magkape ako ilang baso sa isang araw...

    ayyy gago nga talga... kumuga ng dospordos hinahampas sa likod at dibdib nya...idol si pacman tapos yung position ng DB pullover...binabagsak nya sa dibdib nya yung DB as in binibitawan nya... tapos bumuhat ng 100lbs DB per arm wala ako nakitang 1rep kahit partial o half rep...ganun din sa 200lbs Incline BP...

    nung malaman ko sya pala may ari nung gym...ni hindi nga nukhang nagbubuhat...hindi sa nagyayabang pero mukha lang syang manginginom sa kanto namin...

    pagnakaapat nako na kape sa isang araw isang extrajoss, sting o cobra lang iniinom ko...

    Grabe naman yan  extrajoss pa? lakas ng tolerance mo sa caffeine bro. ito kasi problema ko eh 1 kape sa umaga tapos extrajoss bago magbuhat ok na ok saken kaso ang problema ko hindi naman ako makatulog. kapag walang kape at extrajoss tamad na tamad naman ako magbuhat. ano kaya magandang gawin?

    badtrip talaga sir... madami naman na akong nakikita at naririnig sa gym na kung anu ano...
    hindi ko pinapakialaman o pinapansin kasi busy ako sa training ko... pero yung ako yung natripan guluhin...badtrip lang

    sa kanya na discount nya..hindi muna ako bubuhat dun mamaya baka nandun nanaman yun eh...
