Quick question. I have fats in my tummy. pero i do exercise it to get "abs"
I also want to get bulk.
Does drinking mass will affect my training on abs?

pro, sa nutri facts ka mag compare. tignan mo pinag kaiba nila, usually sa mass gainer +carbs ang dinagnag nila kaya mag gagain ka ng "MASS"

may chance na lumaki tyan kpag bulking ka, lalo na kung dirty bulking ginawa mo, madami din fats madadagdag. pano ba bulking ginagawa mo pafs?

mass? as in mass gainer? I don't think that it has anything to do with you training you're "abs".

more on rice talaga tol , then saging ,tinapay, kumbaga sa isang araw masa madami ako nakakain na carbs kesa sa protein , kaya i take pm7
bakit di mo baliktarin, mas madami protein na kainin mo (bukod sa pm7) kesa sa carbs?
