    sa vertical leap usually minimal ang increase, yung pag take off mo ang lalakas at yung second jump.

    i suggest you foam roll and g string that knee!
  • need more mobility and dynamic fire escaping warmups! lol!
  • ^kaso joints yun e, hindi muscle.knee straps na lang muna siguro ako.

    alternative mo sa prowler, tulak kotse :)

    sa sled meron nabibili nun sa chris sports, meron din parachute sa SKILLZ sa chris din.
