Great output i'd say. after the injury i suffered sa lower back i can tell that i have had better form today and starting not to feel much strain on my lower back (will have to stick to training my posterior chain and hinging). also managed to figure how my "leverages" work sa takeoff portion ng DL. lets hope i'll be back in pulling 400+ in the next few months. New Max on the next cycle is 390lbs yey!
Thanks master, a lot of "minute" changes/tweaks sa form really makes a lot of difference at dahil din sa 531 mas madali ko na napi-pinpoint kung anung body part ang mahina sakin and anung klaseng assistance routine ang gagawin ko hehehe. hopefully maka 250lbs 1RM ako by mid-year. hehehe

ako din 300lbs, pero 250 muna by midyear nasa 220 nak sa 1rm eh so konti pa hehehe. at mukhang kelangan ko na din gumawa ng dipping belt for dips para makapag weighted nako wohoo! :P
^Oo nga pala nakalimutan ko sabihin sayo. Wala pa daw avail na wraps as of now pero bigla bigla naman daw may dumadating na gears text na lang daw nya ako pag meron na.

I'd like to say good squat day but NO, it seemed this day were one of those days that i got very bad form. i had a vid of my last set taken and guess what? it sucked i never was able to hit parallel depth for some reason. My CNS was actually fine this day, so that explains that it felt like 270 was kinda "lighter" unlike the past few weeks. and it felt that something w/ my stance that set was off. oh well, "I lift to die another day" (wait.. what?) :P i'll just to figure that out this saturday during max day i'll have another vid taken.
On the good side of things, i think i have found the sweet spot on the way i hinge my hips during my GM routine. By bending my knees a bit more instead of doing it stiff legged. it actually smoked my glutes and hams really good 2nd set ko pa lang sa GMs i can feel the pump in my glutes hehehe.P.S.
excited ako for saturday not only dahil sa GWo but also coz i'm getting my new wraps (wrist and knee wraps) Wohoo!
oo nga kasi mahirap yun higpitan ng ikaw lang. wala din naman ako balak gamitin on a regular basis ung knee wraps except on maximal load days and compy (eventually) ayokong magin dependent dun sa wraps for my squat hehehe
