    1130am: 1 part (of 3) vienna sausage (libbys) Omelet (pinatutyal na torta ahaha), 1 slice pan grilled pork kasim (toyomansi marinade), 1 tbsp EVOO, cucumber+lettuce+TID+mayo.

    HIIT (Stationary Bike)

    2pm: Whey + crea

    4pm: pan-grilled pork kasim, VS omelet, cucumber+lettuce+TID+mayo

    630pm: chicken thigh (final stock na din hehe replenish ulit), cucumber+lettuce+TID+mayo

    9pm: chicken thigh (final stock na din hehe replenish ulit), cucumber+lettuce+TID+mayo

    11pm: Pork Kasim, VS omelet, chicken thigh, cucumber+lettuce+TID+mayo

    Pre "meme" meal: 100 grams ques-o, 1 tbsp EVOO, 2 tbsp mayo.

    I checked the mirror this morning medyo nag shrink (medyo lang naman) ung love handles ko and ung natitirang flabs ko sa arms ay halos wala na. pero syempre andun padin ang aking man-boobs at ang 1-pack ko ehehe.

    now this is OT: Nakakaasar padin tlga minsan ung pag may mga nagcocomment ng uber below the belt about how you look and anything related to it. Ive grown accustomed to ridicule eversince i've gotten fat and im fine w/ it coz I know how I look like and that's why im trying my best to change my circumstances. I guess when i heard such comments yesterday, i guess it just caught me in a unpleasant mood and I almost snapped, good thing i knew better and did not coz i can definitely do the worst to them once my vision completely goes dark but im no animal so a big NO hehe. "sabi ko na lang sa sarili ko "sige tumawa lang kayo, at least ako may ginagawa para mabago sitwasyon ko, kayo? asan? stucked padin kung asan kayu? BooYah!" LOL! la lang just want to rant a bit i hope you guys dont mind. :)

    salamat fafa dalton i can handle naman ung criticsm kung totoo lang naman what i cant and will never is ung sobrang nakakahiya na pakinggan in public tapos parang pina exaggerate lang para mapahiya ako. tama fafa toys pag may haters ka nga daw ibig sabihin popular ka ahaha. xD

    01-22-2012 KETO Meal Plan

    1130am: 2 burger patties, iso-100(whey), 1 slice fried pork kasim, 1 tbsp EVOO, 2 tbsps Mayo, 1 part (of 3) scrambled eggs.

    HIIT (Elliptical Trainer)

    2pm: Whey + crea

    4pm: fried pork kasim, 1 burger pattie, 1 part scrambled egg ,1 tbsp TID+mayo mix

    630pm: 2 burger patties, 1 tbsp TID+mayo mix

    9pm: fried pork kasim, 1 tbsp TID+mayo mix

    11pm: fried pork kasim, scrambled fried egss, 1 burger pattie, 1 tbsp TID+mayo mix

    Pre bedtime meal: Whey, 1 tbsp EVOO, 2 tbsp Mayo.


    Carb load day was a success (dahil nde sumakit tummy ko hehe), i gained 6 pounds after carb loab. Now mdyo andun ako sa sluggish stage again. hopefully tomorrow nasa Ketosis na ulit ako.

    Ung Bf reading try ko post pag may distinct difference na weight ko siguro after 4 weeks, 3rd week nko this week eh hehehe. though ung love handles ko paliit na ng paliit mukhang mahuhuli tlga yung tummy saka ung man boobs hehehe

    Ung sinasabi mong "malaki" after carb load naexperience ko din ung maskels ko bilog na ulit korte after carb load hehehe

    11am: 2 slices (of 6) SPAM (less sodium variant), 1 slice fried pork kasim, 1 part Vienna sausage omelete, lettuce+cucumber+TID+mayo, 1 tbsp EVOO, Whey

    Weight training (Should have been heavy but ended up doing GVT)

    2pm: whey+crea

    4pm: 1 slice of spam, 1 pork kasim, 1 part VS omelette lettuce+cucumber+TID

    630pm: 2 slices spam, lettuce+cucumber+TID

    9pm: 1 pork kasim, lettuce+cucumber+TID

    11pm: 2 slices of spam, pork kasim, VS omelette lettuce+cucumber+TID

    pre bedtime meal: Whey, 1 tbsp evoo, 2 tbsp mayo.

    Im on Ketosis since yesterday though the signs today are very much noticable than yesterday. Bukod dun sa amoy gamot na wiwi is I'm definitely feeling na parang may fruity acidic taste sa lalamunan ko. Will try to check the weighing scale again before I carb load on friday.

    Sir last at sir milk anu oras nga pala tayu mageensayo sa thursday kasado na ang VL ko (yes talagang nag VL ako ahahaha) :P
