This is where i will try to update my journey sa KETO Diet. I Officially started today after so much na "untugan sessions" sa pader para makumbinsi ko sarili ko gawin tong diet na to. Thanks by the way to fafa lastresort sa pagsagot sa mga katanungan ko regarding this diet though there are still tons of things na gusto ko pa maintindihan so I hope hinde ka mapagod ng kakasagot sa PMs ko hehehe.
Day 1 (1/9/2012)
Current Diet plan for the day
11am: 1 tbsp EVOO, 100 grams Ques-o (nde ko alam kung pwede na to for the cheese fafa last mdyo di ko afford ang premium cheddar cheese hehehe and di naman ganun kataas), and 1 tbsp mayo (normal Mayo hindi Lite)
HIIT training
230pm: Myo + Creatine
400pm: 1 Chicken Thigh (pan grilled), 2 burger patties (home-made), 1 tbsp Mayo, 1 scrambled egg
600pm: 1 burger patty, 1 tbsp mayo, 100 grams ques-o
800pm: 1 Chicken thigh, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 scrambled egg
10pm: 3 burger patties, 1 tbsp mayo
pre-bedtime meal: Myo and 1 tbsp EVOO
Wacha think fafa last? matino ba naman ang pagkakadistribute ko ng meals? feedback naman please... as in PRETTY PLEASE....

sorry hindi ko nagets, what I mean is your target caloric intake for a day.

Boss J thank you. i will try to update this as often as i can. though more likely wala naman masyado magbabago sa diet nato for a while mdyo in the ropes pako sa diet na to w/ the guidance of fafa last. hehe kinulit ko yung nanay ko sa mga recipes nya ant actually kinukulit ko pa din until now hahaha.
para kang may sakit niyan for a week.. tuloy mo lang hanggang sa maging normal na ung feeling mo then you can do carbloads after the SHIFT..
also, am not takin crea pa since me question pa ko sa procedure for intake nito..will take it later mix to myo after my run...
Meal plan for the day
1030am: 2 parts Tortang Tuna (whole recipe was divided into 4 parts, comprised of 4 eggs and 1 large can of Century tuna flakes in veg.oil at nagkamali ako ng kuha sa shelf ng grocery at lite ang nakuha ko hehehe bawi na lang ako ng fats sa ibang menu), cucumber + iceberg lettuce + 1 tbsp of thousand island dressing (Yum!), 1 tbsp EVOO.
WEIGHT TRAINING
200pm: Myo + Crea
330pm: 1 Large chicken Thigh, 1 part of tortang tuna, 1 burger patty, cucumber + lettuce + 1 tbsp of TID
600pm: 2 burger patties, cucumber + lettuce + 1 tbsp of TID
830pm: 1 chicken thigh, cucumber + lettuce + 1 tbsp of TID
11pm: last part of tortang tuna, 3 burger patties, cucumber + lettuce + 1 tbsp of TID
Pre-bedtime meal: Myo + EVOO
I kinda feel lightheaded now not sure if its one of the effect of getting into ketosis, if I would describe it, para akong isang online game na nagla "lag" maya't maya or pwede na rin sabihing flourescent lamp na patay sindi pag malapit na mapundi hehehe.

900pm: 1 chicken thigh, Cucumber+lettuce+TID
11pm: 3 Burger patties, 2 Slices SPAM, Cucumber+lettuce+TID
Pre bedtime meal: Myo, 1 tbsp EVOO, 1 tbsp mayo
Ubos na ang stock kong burger patties sa fridge so im gonna buy pork belly later para i-marinade hehehe. naghahanap pko ng affordable isda na pwede idagdag sa menu mdyo mahal kasi ehehehe
Kano damage nito on a daily basis?
nga pala kagabi fafa last nung malapit nko umuwi mga 10pm bigla ako nanghina tapos naging antukin hikab ako ng hikab, normally nde ako ganun hyper ako usually till 2am eh, tapos pagkagising ko kanina ok na naman energy levels ko, sa tingin mo? sign na ba yun na papasok nko ketosis?

1030am: 1 fried pork rump (marinated) w/ taba of course hehe, 1 part tortang tuna (this time tamang tuna na nahablot ko sa shelf ng grocery hehe nde na yung lite ), Cucumber+lettuce+TID, 1 tbsp EVOO
Leg day, Arms Weight training (tama ka nga fafa last parang mas lumakas ako, i managed to squat 110 kgs today! wohoo)

Another sign (i think) that im in keto na, my pee smells na para gamot since morning, nde ko sure kung amoy acetone ba yun basta amoy gamot. and another good news i hope, nag weigh-in ako kanina i lost 2 lbs compared sa weight ko last week. sana nde water weight hehe.
