ultimate noob question

mga sir pasensya na talga pero di ko talga alam kung ano isasabay ko sa protein shake ko eh kung ung amino 2222 po ba or creatine monohydrate ang pinagsasabay ko ngaun eh ung amino at pm7 ko kaso parang gusto ko itry kung mas effective ung creatine

    ayon sa nabasa kong mga review about amino2222 at whey ng ON,mas marami ang amino content ng WHEY,kaya mas ok kung creatine na lang at MALAKING kain

    gamit ko ngayon, amino222 1 pc before workout

    Post workout Megamass w/ creatine and sometimes with also 2pcs amino222 yan po sa akin for bulking....

    Pero sir Dalts ok lang mag amino2222 kapag na inom ng Serious mass? kasi konti lang ata amino content ng SM,tingin mo?..nyaahh meron na pala si provels sagot..mukhang madami ata intake ko ng amino2222,kasi 3 before workout. sana mgka tigyawat ako lol

    iba kase serious mass, gaining ka kase, pero para sa akin kase. taking amino parang waste of money pag nag whwhey kana, kung gusto mo talaga mag pwo supplements kana lang, like jack3d. xplod etc: pero sa opinion ko lang to ah.... para sa akin. whey + creatine eh ok kana diyan. kahet wala na si amino

    you guys are being fooled by the label from those protein drinks. it says they have amino acids and stuff. of course they have, its protein you are taking its natural that protein brakes down into amino acids when processed by the body. if you were thinking na there is an extra amino acid aside from the 23-25g of protein in your dirnk, well that is not the case its just marketing strategy.

    amino acids and bcaa have their role in supplementation like your ordinary whey or protein drink does. amino tabs are already in the form of amino acids therefore there is no need for your body to brake it. it is already in the smallest form of protein which goes directly in your system.

    i hope this helped you guys understanding the difference between free form amino acids and protein as a peptide.

    hahaha ayan nah. asim ng sagot ni sir milk, pro agree ako dito. amino is a form of protein after all. hehe.

    ^^ ahaha hindi naman ds. yun lang yung simplest way ko to explain the things regarding the topic. kahit ako din nung una iniisp ko, "talaga may extra na bcaa pa sa mga whey at protein drinks"? well, hindi pala ganun ang totoong scenario at marketing strategy nga lang yun. if you have extra cash, taking amino tabs or bcaa powder is a good thing specially if you are maintaining or cutting para ma minimize ang muscle loss while on your program. and same goes for bulking. to promote more muscles as you quickly ingest those bcaa's that you need to build quality muscles.

    ahaha ako naman actually nagtaka nun nung unang beses ako bumili ng whey. kasi nung HS ako my fave subject is "saiyans" :p alam ko Amino Acids are form of proteins at kung tama pagkakatanda ko may 20 or 22 types ng amino acid (di ko na sure hehehe) in fact ang inexample pa sa amin nun is somewhat related in having pimples hehhe. so nung nabasa ko ung label ng whey, natanong ko sa sarili ko was "anu kayang klaseng protein ito? iba pa kaya to dun sa BCAAs nakalagay sa label?" kasi i was expecting talga na may amino acids ung whey. pro pinabayaan ko na lang later on hehehe as long I cover my protein reqs keri na yun. :P

    DS usually nasa label din ung mga essentials at non essential amino acids na content ng mga whey na tinda. and yes its 22 types of amino acids.

    yeah nasa label tlga sha, nagkakatalo lang yata kung gano kdami ung each AA na andun per serving. kaya nagtaka talaga ako nung una kung iba pa bang kalse protein ung nasa aside dun sa AA na kasama pro i realized marketing strat lang tlga. hehe

    so pwede rin pla tlg sakin mag take ng amino2222 habang nag bubulking? kasi dami ko binilis nung sabado,halos kalahati ata ng laman nung container hehehe

    pwede naman i know someone na may whey na sha at amino sa meal plan nya. though ung amino nya usually nginangata nya yun after workout ung whey is any other time of the day. hehehe

    same rin,nguya nguya ko 3 amino kasi hirap lunukin,kasing laki ng thumb ko eh heheh sige pa tuloy ko yung amino2222 as pre workout tpos SM sa Post WO meal. Wala pa ako budget sa creatine eh kaya tama na muna yan

    Pano masusugest nyo way ng pag take nito.
    working 8-5 then 5:30 go to gym for 1 1/2hrs.
    nagtatake na ko ng creatine for 4 days na and i feel some lip swelling pero on first day then the next day sa halip na 6 caps, 5 na lang ginamit ko. 4:30pm ko tinatake ito.
    Lipo 6 mag start pa lang ako magtake around 3pm
    Amino 2222 2 tabs 4:30pm.

    Ok kaya ito sched na ito
