    biruin mo 24g of pure whey protein from GS whey + 15g of protein from the powdered milk. Hindi na din masama diba? P12 lang nman ang swak pack. hehe

  • ^^ thanks for sharing. nice post. iirc, parang nabasa ko sa site ni lee hayward, na mas recommended nya ang protein blend vs whey alone. yung mga enzymes na nabanggit, parang nakita ko yan sa label ng dymatize whey protein.

    btw, ok din na ipost mo ito bro sa article section kasi matatabunan yang info na yan sa thread na ito.

    i think most of the reputable brands may digestive enzymes na kasama kaso imho parang hirap parin for some people i digest like protein farts etc dahil nga siguro processed food...

    i'm just curious lang kasi mahal nga mga protein powders tapos di pala naabsorb sayang...

  • Ask ko lang kung anong feeling nyo mas suitable na whey protein for me. Magsisimula palang ako and I need mass. Sobrang payat ko 110lbs at 5"7'. I jog 5km everyday and some 5-10lbs na weights,
    Wala pa akong access sa gym kasi mahal.
    Ang pinagpipilian ko is yung Promatrix 7 or yung ON Optimum Serious Mass.
    So what do you think? Or any other suggestions? Budget is 1.8k/month for whey protein, student palang kasi. :(

    1 at first meal at 11am
    1 right after WO
    1 last meal at 7pm

    his so called "truth" is merely a statement of the obvious. do you need protein powders? no. of course not if you can afford to eat all your proteins thru meals. what did he say that was scientifically enlightening?

    and the thing about the american indians was not the truth. he's going against detailed accounts by historians. what does his strength have to do with knowing american indian history?

    so this guy has credibility coz he's strong? what about the countless bodybuilders who take protein supplements? jay cutler, kai greene, dexter jackson, phil heath, etc. what competition has this guy won?

    nothing against you posting the vid. i question that guy's credibility not yours.

    as per the recommendation, it can be take 3x a day....so if you'll base your intake from this, ok lang siguro, i just don't know if ano effect nun sa IF leangains....

    base on my understanding (correct me please if i'm wrong) on this * 7 hours sustained-release anti-catabolic formula. it is recommended 3x a day para continues ang supply ng protien.

    in my case, i take one serving in the morning, sabay sa breakfast, another serving around 3-4 pm...and the last one before going to bed....work out days and off days....btw, paubos na yung 1st bag ko...maganda naman ang effect so far...

    IF leangains kasi ako my feeding window 11am-7pm dun ko lang pwede i consume yung whey pro eh since mataas ang calories nya..
    So far, di ko alam effect sakin ng PM7 ehehe mahirap din kasi makita for a month.. pero well na break ko yung plateau na 200lbs sa squat sa bakal gym namin.

    Will post pic of my past picture to my recent picture before and after usage ng PM7.. next battle ko is Mutant Whey

    parang nabasa ko somewhere here in pbb na hindi kasama yung whey sa fasting. pwede ka ata mag whey kahit nag fafast ka. hindi ko maalala pero somewhere here in pbb ko nabasa. or sa bb.com ata

    Sa fasting phase dapat low calorie lang. As per martin berkhan coffee na may low calorie sweetener or coffee lang or tea hahaha nagIF din ako hirap adjustment phase palang kasi lol
