    compound movements should be done every work out... think out it like basketball. it still boils down to basics like lay ups, jump shots and learning to dribble

    for a beginner? its between each meal, if you had breakfast at 7am(pre), then workout at 9am, eat dinner at 11am(post)

    pero ngayon it doesnt matter

    wala paps, anytime pwede ka naman mag buhat eh, basta well rested ka lang at nasa condition :-)

    Di po ba bago ka mag buhat sa Gym normal lang ang laki ng muscles natin, after a few sets/reps lumaki bigla muscles mo, heres why:

    The pump is when your muscles swell up during your workout, which is caused from the excessive amount of blood going into the muscle and filling it up the same way you would fill up a water balloon. Your muscles get a very full, tight feeling and your skin becomes tighter because of this.

    Tuwing nag bebench ako nag le leg drive ako tapos sumasakit legs ko bakit po ganon. Kakabalik ko lang din ulit mag gym after 3 months hahaha

  • @reeshard panong sumasakit? Asses mo, kailan sumasakit, at ano ginagawa mo pag sumasakit anong part yung sumasakit.
